The property at Sea Castles is absolutely beautiful, however our apartment was VERY basic… with minimum conveniences. One old crusty frying pan, two bent forks. NO cleaning supplies and no house keeping. The air conditioning worked well, a good thing. The place was not clean… food crumbs between the stove and sink brought thousands of ants… no bug spray in sight. The pool was huge and clean. The beach bathing area was okay. The restaurant in the premises was good. There is a convenience store on the property. We had no personal contact with the owner, just generic emails with general instructions to check in and out. At one time, Sea Castles was magnificent, but it is in dire need of updating. You get what you pay for!

From time of booking there was constant communication from the staff ensuring smooth arrival. Gladys was very nice, professional and knows her way around ☺️. The overall space of the apartments gives a real island vibe. It gave all inclusive without the extreme overpricing. The restaurant on the property was great!!! Get the BLT!!!!! Can’t wait to come back. Def will stay here again!

This was the perfect stay except there was no hot water and the safe did not work. I asked them to fix the hot water and that was done the same day. Also, the grounds were immaculate with long stretches of green grass and access to a public beach. The restaurant onsite was amazing called Queen G's.

I book a stay I come often this time my room had no stove there it was like efficiency style when I booked for a room overlooking the water I was given a very small room next to the restaurant. My Wi-Fi in my room never connected n there was no staff available to assist. This is my first time having such a bad experience. The food from the restaurant is also NOT authentic Jamaican please stop advertising it as such. It’s all Americanized and don’t taste good.

I didn't like that the room that was reserved and insured was not available upon checking in. I was forced to take a more expensive room for more money or find somewhere else. Expedia was supposed to comp the extra night that was reserved but they didn't neither did management at the hotel who promised to called to update me.no cares only to collect money.

The property and surroundings is beautiful. The meals are reasonable and readily available during normal dining hours Room was clean, fresh and well maintained. Staff are courteous and friendly

A Nice, quiet property away from all the tourist noise and excitement. A very pleasant stay.

The room was good; I happened to be located near the restaurant. The room had everything I needed, and the staff was able to bring me a fold-out, portable bed/cot. It also contained Wi-Fi, AC (mainly focused in the bedroom), hot/cold water, fridge, and a microwave. The staff was great. Shout-outs in particular to Annette and Gladis who worked with me on some requests that I had. Some of which were solid favors that really helped me out! Continued hugs to both of you! The restaurant was crucial and served good food, from a somewhat basic menu. There is nothing really close by, and if you rely on taxi's, will cost you about $20US one-way anywhere you go. Having food until around 900PM each night was critical! I particularly loved the goat curry and also the chicken curry. The hamburgers worked in a pinch too! The grounds were large, and there is a bar at the pool. A walk-down to the beach was fine, but don't forget to get a card so you can get through the gate. The pool was large as well, and there were some fold-out chairs to lay out in the sun, but they were a bit tired/old. My only real criticism of the complex was that some of the surrounding areas were run-down and dilapidated. The room that I was in, restaurant and pool itself were fine however. There are dozens of different owners for the complex. Your experience may vary. If you're lucky, see if you can get one owned by Gladis! She was responsive, so friendly and so very helpful during my stay.

I arrived before the check in time they were very kind we were allowed to stay on the property until it was time I really appreciated that. The staff was very friendly from the security at the gate and everyone I came in contact with overall I had a good and peaceful stay.
