Not very kind staff…I called the day before to ask if they offered luggage storage and they said yes, when I showed up lady in front desk said they didn’t.. I told her I had called before so she made me fill a form however I had to leave suitcase outside at lobby…I decided just to wait.
She told me to come back at 2 but no one was at front desk so had to wait until someone showed up to finally get the room.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. Checking in is hassle free and the rooms are very roomy and well equipped. The towel drier, the kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher, all very convenient! Five starts for the room.
The floor in the room was so dirty my socks were black after just getting in. Tried to use one of the plates and it was dirty with grease. Left the room when the cleaners were in the room next door but they never got into mine. I must have misunderstood the cleaning policy altogether. The telephone in the room does not work, reception is sporadically manned, so no way to ask for fresh towels.

When i was coming back late at night, some people were hanging out outside the main door. Once i opened the door they snuck in behind me. The self-check in process is easy and they send the instructions well ahead of time. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom is spacious and the shower had good temperature control and pressure. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge. Crockery and utensils are provided.

Good value and good size. Good location near Wien train station. Only one negative, but it's a big one. No air conditioning. The temperature was 35° so we had to buy an extra electric fan. They need to trade in the dishwasher and install AC. Who needs a dishwasher on vacation?

The hotel does not have aircon and if you travel during summer it can be quite warm. The hotel offered a fan. The hotel is very close to the train station making it ideal for connections to other areas of the city. Traffic is high so the area is not quiet (in case you are travelling with kids)

This hotel is highly automated, you can check in, stay, and check out without contact with any human. I imagine that could be a plus or minus, but certainly don't expect a concierge! There is no obvious way to make inquiries etc.

The room was more akin to a student hostel and our last night was unbearable. The room was hot and stuffy and bordering, in my view, on being a health risk. So glad to leave and would recommend avoiding this place unless travelling in the depths of winter.

Nice, clean, well equipped. Small but according to pictures. The electronic check-in and check-out may be complicated if you are not too familiar with it. Better arrive within the hours with the reception open to avoid problems.

This was my 2nd stay. It is well-maintained and very convenient - a block from the main train station. Everything in the small unit is in good condition and fairly new. The room is good for short stays as it is quite small but it is well-equipped and the wifi is decent.

You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all in all.
