This hotel caters to homeless families with children on welfare and they put us in the midfle of 2 rooms with them and one across where the kids were home all day as school was closed from hurricane. But they actually were louder at night screaming banging on the walls. We complained 3 times even another couple complained of them abd nothing was done. We did see housekeeping but had to ask for towels and toilet paper. After we complained they said they did not have any rooms to move us and did not offer any compensation for the awful ordeal we had to go through every single day. I have learned my lesson about staying here.

I have managed hotels for 30 year and ove never experienced and extended stay hotel that didnt offer coffee pot or pots and pans to cook with or dishes no blow dryer for your hair i rate this hotel a4

We came to town and booked day off because our daughter was having a baby. Staff was very nice, both for check in and check out. We only stayed the one night. Room was clean and efficient, basic. It served our needs perfectly.

Woodsprings Suites are minimalist hotels in a few ways we often take for granted. But these can easily be overcome if you know this in advance. We love the full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and stove top.

Lots of home less people around this motel and i felt unsafe wanted to vacant but they said i cant get refund so i vacated one day ahead and moved to different 4star motel which was safe

Woodspring hotel was a good solid hotel with very few amenities, such as, soap, shampoo, breakfast, coffee maker. But it had a very nice kitchen, was clean, and a great deal for the price!

It’s a nice place to relax and have some time to yourself before the storms of another day. Thank you for the service provided. However, before your $9.00 fee, I realize that I could have gotten the room cheaper! So I don’t know if I’ll be using your service again.

Unfortunately I got was I paid for and I wished i had spend a bit more for a better place.
Here are the things that bothered me.
Only 2 pillows came with the room. Tbey were terrible quality and very flat. Hard for my husband and I to get comfortable.
No black out curtains, so the sun easilu lit up tbe room early each morning even with the blinds closed.
The bathroom light os wired on the same switch as tbe bedroom light so theres no way to see in the bathroom without illuminating the whole space.
It was very wasy to hear conversations, TV, pets, and other noise through the walls.
The room only comes with hand soap. No travel shampoo, extra toilet paper or other consumable amenities.
