We stayed in the regular suite and our friends stayed in the Panoramic suite and to be honest their one did look better than ours. Even though we still had a great stay. Great location and very close to shops and nearby restaurants. Would definitely recommend you pay for the breakfast which is great value for money.

Stayed for one night in one the top rooms. I think there is only 2 rooms on the floor. It was massive with a fantastic private outdoor area. Location couldn't be better.

Hotel was good and clean room was also good and big. Hotel was Placed in a central position very close to Vitosha street. And also the receptionist Mr. Julian Stoyanov was very kind and helpfull. He just explained the touristic places to see like a guide. If i go to the Sofia again i would choose this hotel again.

We loved our stay at the Rosslyn Thracia! The location was perfect, great restaurants nearby, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend and would visit again!

Moreover - we clearly complaint twice that the shampoo is empty, no toilet papers - the employee at the receotion prommised to take care... not happened again... a complete disapiontment
From the positive - I would say that there is one amazing employee - Julian.
Its a pitty that the rest of the team is not supportive at all and don't really care of the clients

Once I returned home, they ignored my request for a breakdown of costs,(Expedia asked me to provide this information to process a refund), so please don't insult them, they prefer customers to say everything is perfect even when it isn't, they are too insulted to take your feedback on board so they can learn from it.

The reason this hotel gets a 2 is because of its prime location, right in yhe heart of the city so restaurant and bars were just a few steps away. Unfortunately the actual hotel was not great, bathroom was dirty, safe didn't work our entire stay and no alternative was offered, we didnt have any toilet paper for a whole day and had to request 3 times before it was placed in our room. Looks outdated with everything old and rooms are run down. Would only recommend staying here if you (like me) were just going on a short break. Luckily we didn't stay in the hotel apart for sleeping and we missed breakfast everday so can't comment on the food. Worth it for a short break only as location was great.
