Overall my stay was great, easy to get in and out, the property was clean, pretty, the staff was great. However I was overcharged after checkout by $65.55 in valet fees, which were already charged in the main checkout. Tried to call the hotel and was on hold for entirely too long and did not get a call back.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view! Conveniently located a short easy walking distance from Broadway. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

When we arrived and waited a few minutes, my husband had to go to the valley and ask for service instead of them coming up to us. However, the check in service was wonderful! The hotel & rooms were beautiful & clean. They do need to add some door mold bumpers to the rooms so you can’t hear the doors slam constantly.

This hotel is in the perfect location! Once we arrived and did valet parking, we never used our car again. We could walk and use local transportation for everything. The hotel is clean, and staff are very nice and professional. We will stay here again!

Beautiful hotel! In town for one night for a concert at Bridgestone Arena, which is in walking distance of the hotel. Service and room were great, even used the valet parking, kind of pricey, but very convenient. Would stay here again, since all the hotel prices in Nashville have doubled in price over the last few years, especially when there is a concert or special event going on.

Best hotel in Nashville! You're a 2 block walk from Broadway and under a mile from Nissan Stadium. Everything about the hotel is great and we'll only stay at the Omni going forward when we visit.

Downside: many homeless individuals, use caution when walking downtown and avoid the park area side of the street at night.

The hotel is hugely overpriced and we were never informed of a 30 resort fee , the staff was fine not as friendly as they should be for the amount of money it cost to stay there.

We had a great day at the Omni property is beautiful. How are the bathrooms are a little dated we had peeling wallpaper and the area around the commode was not exactly clean. It took a bit to get fresh towels, but the hotel was very busy.

Overall a nice hotel with many facilities. Room was generally clean but we found dirty cups in the coffee area. They were tucked away and obviously not checked.

There was an unexpected $35 fee at the end of our stay which was not well explained for its purpose. No parking validation is also a Nashville staple I wish my stay paid for.
