Images are just false, this hotel is tiny, everything is small and the images lie. They have done the photos very smartly or edited. The hotel is nice, but small. The breakfast is horrible, just head over to a breakfast nearby,

From the moment I walked through the door everything was amazing. Billy Ma (Night Manager) accommodated me with a room and I was able to get some rest before my first meeting. It’s my first time visiting Hong Kong so I’m extremely grateful for the experience.

I expected very much about this hotel since my friends who went there before my trip gave some compliments on this hotel. Unexpectedly, I had to go over very embarrassing moment, that the Hotel made a huge mistake on the double check-in on my room. So a man abruptly walked into my room when I was lying on my bed. I realized that the Hotel gave the same room card to a different guest.

My friend and I slept extremely comfortable in the beds. The design and quality of materials Hong Kong a very high class gives you a clean and cozy atmosphere. Also, the service was immaculate. Will definitely come again and recommend it to other people.

The hotel was wonderful, beautiful rooms, stunning lobby, great staff, close to transit. Only downside if there could be one would be the location, it could be a tad closer to SoHo.

A good stay over-all. Room was smaller than expected, more so observed in the toilet. My wife complained about insufficient lighting in the dresser/vanity area. Breakfast options are limited. The minuses were overshadowed by the excellent service,

Great, classy hotel with contemporary, cozy design. Amazing staff and service, including housekeeping and room service. Very close to Time Square. The breakfast was decent with a la carte warm dishes.

Very clean, beautiful hotel with many dining options around the area. The rooms are comfortable, perfect to relax after a long day in Hong Kong. I will stay here again when I travel back to Hong Kong.
