We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de mi indepencia. The room was very comfortable and stylish, breakfast was great, and we loved the location and communal patio. Our room had no windows, but good air conditioning - this meant it was also nice and quiet. The hot tub was also a lovely extra. The hotel is contact free, and we didn’t have very good communication from them after we asked via WhatsApp and email about a few things. But once we had spoken to the on-site staff, we had the answers we wanted (mostly!).

First time in Oaxaca and HOLT was conveniently close to everything. Really cute outside and inside. They have self-check-in and check-out services, so you don't have to deal with people. I like that but there is also staff there to help with morning breakfast, and snacks, and someone guarding the front door. Overall really nice, quiet, and safe.

Super pretty place. Comfy beds, very clean. They offered a great breakfast and afternoon snack. It’s a small 6 room boutique hotel. Lovely!

I really enjoyed the Holt property— I was a bit concerned because we got off to a rocky start in communication but the place was beautiful, it matched the photos exactly and I’m glad I picked this place as it was close to everything!

We loved our stay at Holt. The property is so beautiful and the courtyard was so serene! I enjoyed my morning cups of coffee there. The staff were super friendly, attentive and very professional. Daily breakfast was delightful! The key code options to access the property and our room was convenient. Unfortunately the rooftop was inaccessible during our stay which was a little disappointing as we were looking forward to exploring that, and we also had some issues activating the main door key code manually, but we were able to use the app for this so that was super helpful! Incredible location. The hotel is just a couple of streets away from the main highlights in the center. The breakfast service was great and very punctual. The staff online and in the hotel were all very attentive and helpful. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Our room was beautiful. The hotel is in a great location and has excellent facilities. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. Beautiful courtyard and a great hot tub. The HOLT team is always responsive. We had a great time. We will be back the next time we come to Oaxaca.
