Located on the first floor this 101 sqm apartment has been newly refurbished to a high standard to suit both families or 3 couples.
3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms the apartment has a large living area plus two conservatories to catch the sun.
The apartment has two king beds which split into twins if required, plus a queen bed in the third bedroom. Large chairs in western conservatory convert to single beds if required. (extra fee applies).
TV and Wifi included and secure parking.
The apartment is serviced weekly including a complete linen change.
Lighter Quay is a secure complex with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym. There is a secure underground carpark (one park included in tariff) and is located on the quieter side of Viaduct Basin close to the cafes of Wynyard Quarter.

Viaduct Harbour is known for its cafes, restaurants and bars, there are two public parks nearby, the Auckland Fish Market and a large supermarket are also within walking distance. Close to the ANZ Events Centre, ASB Waterfront Theatre, Spark Arena and the Auckland Maritime Museum.
Within walking distance of Britomart Transport Hub and the ferry terminal.
Parking for visitors on site.
Quinovic Viaduct reserves the right to cancel a booking and offer a full refund or a replacement booking at its discretion.
Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change.
No smoking in apartment or on the balcony.
All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.
Key collection is from our office which is 1km from complex.

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 or $600 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy with partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of others occupants in the complex.
Photo ID, valid email and phone number required.
Strictly no party and no noise between 11 pm to 7 am.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or drugs in the apartment.
The guest would be charged up to NZ$500 if a noise complaint or smoking trace is reported against them.
