Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds and queen over twin bunk bed (2nd Floor)
Bedroom 4:  1 King bed (2nd Floor) 
Shared full bathroom,  second floor.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy this perfect location with shopping and many thing to do all around. With DFW International airport only 15 minutes away, you'll arrive at this beautiful location quickly once you exit the airport, so you can start enjoying right away. You'll find 2 grocery stores just 4 minutes away to get stocked with all the food and drinks you'll need for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal but if you're not in the mood to cook there are multiple restaurants in the area to go to and treat the family. Lewisville Lake is 6 minutes away. There you'll be able to enjoy activities like water-sports, golfing and even swimming.

Other Things to Note:
- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.
- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 6+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pool and Tub: The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool and tub are not heated.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
