Rooms were great. We were on the ground floor, which was a bit disappointing. But over all had everything we needed.

Just no view

The location and parking onsite. The washing machine and drier in room plus the full kitchen was a must for us.

The carpet was filthy. No aircon or ceiling fan in main living so spent most time in bedrooms. No screens on windows so couldn’t open without having a million insects find us. Showerheads in both bathrooms were broken, the drier door latch broken. The hot/cold water dispenser broken & the oven was a nightmare to use (thank you google & youtube!). The clothes rack had rusted and stained clothes. Oh and the no smoking - we walked out of the lift and were hit with an overpowering smell. There seemed to be permanent residents so maybe it’s them.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Great bed and pillows. Fantastic room with a view and balcony. Close to all Broadbeach shopping and restaurant facilities. I would certainly recommend South Pacific Plaza.

Little bit outdated , no light in bedroom other than side lamps - but these are negligible things - overall it’s a wonderful location

The apartment is in need of an update, but was clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location was fantastic, close to shopping centre, restaurants, the beach and public transport. The proximity to the light rail network enabled us to get around without using our car, and avoiding traffic and parking issues.

The bathrooms are badly in need of a modernisation.

Possibly the best location we have stayed at on the Gold Coast. Pool are was lovely as well

Pillow was a little uncomfortable and the rubbish chute annoyingly small. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

Location was so convenient, close to restaurants cafes & shopping. View was outstanding. Staff at reception "Jan" is so helpful & welcoming.

Great location, unit was clean and recently renovated. So much space and storage.

Fantastic Location- easy to walk to beach, parks, shopping centre and great restaurants close by.

Room was dated and could do with a refresh especially a fresh coat of paint.

Location directly across from beach, and a nice green park in front of the building.
