The staff was super friendly and tried to accommodate any of our wishes. You always felt very welcomed. Great place if you want to spend some relaxing days with your kids.

The public swimming area could be renovated again and has probably seen already better days. But the very friendly staff and life guard makes up for it.

buffet is OK, could be better. Only two restaurant is not so convenient during remodeling time.

We liked the location which is why we chose this hotel. The shuttle pickup to and from the train station was helpful. The food in the buffet was good.

We didn't like that we had twin beds. If I had known it was a twin bedroom, I would not have booked. The description on Expedia was inaccurate. The beds were so small and uncomfortable. The pillows were so soft and flimsy that I am still suffering from neck problems since our visit there. The staff the first night was completely unhelpful except for one man who appeared to maybe be a manager. We were told we had to make an rsvp for dinner at the buffet but it would be over an hour wait. We had a 1-year-old with us and couldn't wait that long, so they told us to try to make plans at one of the other restaurants in the hotel. Well, the other restaurants didn't have food appropriate for a small child, so we went back to the buffet restaurant only to be told that they wouldn't take us even though there was a whole empty room of tables not being used. They claimed it was because of COVID, but social distancing could have been done with this huge room. Eventually, the manager came, and they started using the empty room to seat some people. They ended up seating people right next to us, which made no sense since there was a WHOLE empty room of tables! The next morning at breakfast, the room was used and people didn't have to make RSVPs and there were just huge masses of people waiting to eat. But at dinner, you were stuck. It made no sense at all and was so frustrating as there was really nowhere else to go to eat. Overall just a stressful, unpleasant, uncomfortable visit. I've been there before and know they can do better.

Breakfast was fine, not outstanding. Our room was great with an outstanding view.

We purchased swimsuits and goggles at the hotel (at the pool counter), and was not informed that we also needed swim caps until we were in the pool. It would have been nice to be told at the counter prior to purchasing all of the other items.

-The view from the room over the sea was lovely. -The ‘Energy House’ offers a decent pool, jacuzzi and steam + sauna, as well as other fun activities including table tennis, pool and computer-based games. -The darts and bar are comfortable and fun too.

-The decor is becoming a little tired and dated! It reminded us of a grandparents house, lovely but a bit old. -The food overall and particularly at the Japanese restaurant was disappointing. -There was a potent smell outside the property that wasn’t pleasant. -Large groups of tourists were noisy.

The room was comfortable and clean. The indoor heated pool was nice and the locker rooms were clean.

The food is very mediocre and very overpriced.

GOOD VIEW! The hotel is at the peak of mountain which has nice views. You can choose Mountain View room or ocean view room. No matter which side you choose, you can enjoy both side from the public area at hotel.
