Basic facilities but room was a good size and clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and location was quiet on a Wednesday night.

A little rundown

it was an excellent location for the purpose of my trip. Rooms were away from main part of hotel.

Fantastic stay. Staff were awrsome. Room was great and such good value. Had a great dinner in the bistro. Also utilised the courtesy bus who took us to the RSL for a sow. Absolutely 10/10.

Everything was great

We were the only occupants over christmas and we could'nt ask for anything more, very quiet

a few cockroaches in our room but we soon fixed them

Great location near Dee Why beach ⛱️ and free parking. Behind a pub so good for food and drinks. Comfortable room with big ensuite bathroom.

The room was recently updated and was clean and very comfortable. I was happy with the lighting in the room - usually hotel rooms have very low/poor lighting, this was excellent. The Hotel was easy to get too with convenient parking and very friendly and helpful staff.

II bought dinner on the night I stayed and found it very disappointing - the 'grilled' barramundi fillet was floating in oil and the spinach was mixed with green beans. I wasn't able to finish the meal.

only problem was the sink and tap in bathroom were too small so to fill the kettle with water we had to do it via the shower 😜

The room was basic but very clean. It was spacious. Just what we needed after a family function.

there was nowhere to put soap in the shower. The rail in the wardrobe fell down when we tried to hang cothes

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and tidy, thinking the room is still to be totally refurbished.

Lack of amenities, small TV, little to no furniture, small lounge or chairs or coffee table would be a good idea.

It was clean and comfortable with great parking.

Firstly on arrival it appears someone had entered the room via a slat window that had been easily pushed open adjacent to the front door knob then simply opened the door as it wasn't a dead lock and with no privacy catch either. After calling the manager their remedy was some sticky tape over the window. I had to take my expensive belongings with me during the day and I managed to get the ironing board to prop the door so it couldn't be opened while I was sleeping. The rooms have very little insulation between the rooms so you can hear the next door occupants very easily.

there was a funny smell in the room like sewer or drain
