I liked the choices in the breakfast. As a person who eats only Halal/Kosher food I did not have any problems because there was a lot of things that I could choose from. They separated and covered everything which I found very convenient. The staff also refills empty containers very fast and the was no waiting.

I was with my family (4 people) and the bath towels was not enough. But it was not a big deal as I have always had my personal towels. The location also is a bit far from city centre (25 minutes drive).

Our room was very clean. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable

The coffee was disgusting downstairs.

The breakfast was good.

Being my first time there I think I liked everything

nothing - we arrived to find out the hotel was closed with NO prior communication from the hotel. The sign on the door said closed due to no electricity and to follow up with their sister hotel. After standing there dumbfounded and annoyed that we now had to try to find another hotel someone came out and said our reservation would be honoured by the Hampton Inn next door. when I asked why they said they were under quarantine. very suspicious and disappointing after a long drive. I would never book this hotel again.

we were forced to stay at the Hampton Inn due to a power failure so I can’t rate the Holiday Inn. the staff member (male) at the Hampton at midnight was awesome and thx to him we were able to stay there.

I didn't like breakfast. I didn't like the communication/ customer service. I didn't get the rooms that I booked for and I felt like they didn't want to anything to rectify situation. I felt very dismissed, disappointed and not heard.

The Indoor Swimming pool is really tiny. Though my son enjoyed.

I checked in very late in the night due to train delays. Staff member at reception was not friendly at all. From my recollection the room fee is paid at check out and held on your credit card. He wanted payment of the room upfront. He also didn't advise me that my room came with breakfast.

My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and cozy. Many plugs and USB outlets for all devices.

The beds were uncomfortable. The duvet was loose and difficult to keep it in shape. The AC was blowing cold while in bed, if one turns it off the room get too hot. The bathtub was very slippery. Tv could only be viewed while in bed not while sitting on a chair at the corner of the room. The light from the adjacent property was hurtful. Not having the staff clean the room for 4 days makes the stay or receiving visitors unacceptable. The breakfast was ok except for the short window of availability 6:30 to 9:30 if one wants to sleep in a bit.

Nobody in the monody all night long 12pm ti 6an really stranger no service I really don’t like that
