The property was very clean and well-kept. Staff were friendly and inviting. Housekeepers were great and provided fresh towels and linens daily. Location was also a short distance to popular attractions.

The only negative experience was one of the vending machines, I don’t remember which floor it was on. We used quarters at first and the machine was taking them but not loading the credit. We tried a few times, so we lost a couple dollars. Not a big deal; it’s just quarters.

Het personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. De sfeer in het hotel is relaxed.

Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square.

Remplacement est parfait près du métro et très central pour visiter New York mais du coup un peu brillant car on est au cœur de la ville qui bouge toujours

Le manque de lumière dans le hall et dans l’ascenseur mais aussi dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais très cher.

Location, nice cool room, nice staff.

Complained about missing bathroom door handle and difficulty of closing the door, which took both hands and lots of effort to close. Nothing was done about this before we stayed our second night, though I heard the desk clerk call housekeeping and report it. Our friends' un-vacuumed room had not been vacuumed yet (still potato chips, etc. from previous guests) after we returned during first day. They complained again and only then was it taken care of along with manager's solution for lack of service of crediting them half back on their room. No such gesture was made for our complaint about the missing door handle (which had sharp edges we had to grab), the difficulty in sliding it, or the fact that previous guest had spilled something down the door frame, which was disgusting. For this amount of $$$ (beware - you are charged $30 per night tickets or food/beverage money you aren't aware of when booking), we expected pretty much perfect rooms and immediate action upon legitimate complaints.

The location is amazing!

Rooms seem a bit old and dark. It was not an issue most of the time since we were walking almost whole day.

Der var virkelig meget larm fra Times Square. Sengene var beskrevet som dobbeltsenge, men de var kun 120cm brede
