Easy to find and very reasonable price. Large screen cable TV. Clean linen and comfortable queen bed.

Furniture was dated and rather worn. Electric baseboard heating. Table and 2 chairs. Desk and chair.

The bed was very comfortable which I didn't want to get up this morning

The bathroom sink there was no hot water There was 3 black and red bugs walking around, in the bathroom on the wall, on the wall behind the TV and near the bed on the floor.......EWWW!!!

The gentleman that runs the place has Excellent customer service always made sure we had everything we need

The owners where nice, the inn was in a nice quiet area, room was clean

The location was ok, glad we weren't staying long, the room was far from clean, there were hairs all over the bathroom, the floors were filthy like they only get vacuumed not washed, the room was full of old mismatched furniture, the TV remote had no batteries, the light switch inside the room door doesn't turn on lights, instead provides power to the tv. If you need a quick place to just sleep it'll do, but I won't be making this place a frequent stop on my journeys.

Everything except the beds seemed filthy, and gross, the furniture is all outdated and broken, it be a great place to smoke crack, or other types of drugs....

I like it and I am still here leaving on Sept 19....the bus to downtown is about a 20 minute walk....on the highway. trip downtown is about 15 minutes it really moves express all the way number 601 and return 602

Bathroom not designed for seniors. Shower had no slip prevention, no grab bars. It would have been nice to have coffee facilities somewhere on the premises.

no options for food within walking distance

The property itself was nice. A&W was a minute down the street. Lots of outlets in the room including next to the bed on both sides, next to the ev and in the washroom!

The faucet was very hard to turn off in the washroom, the desk wasn’t level and things kept falling/rolling off, the bathroom door was difficult to close as well. The walls seemed paper thin and there just happened to be another few families and motorcyclists staying so the door slamming and loud engines were an issue most of the night. Also, this property is located further out of the general Kingston area which I suppose was my mistake for not realizing but it was a 20+ minute drive to anything in Kingston. Although there were lots of outlets, there were 2 in our room that didn’t work at all.
