Location is excellent. Room is spacious. Bed comfortable.

Have to wait for lift for quite long during peak hours. The coffee maker machine in my room was dirty.

Très très grande chambre/suite avec un équipement de cuisine parfait (même si nous n'avons pas eu besoin de l'utiliser) Veilleur de nuit très accueillant et sympathique, j'espère qu'il aura pu voir l'éclipse du 8/4/2024 avec les lunettes que je lui ai données !

Tout petit bémol sur la vue depuis la fenêtre de la chambre (qui n'était pas côté rue), vue bouchée totalement par l'immeuble voisin très très proche. La salle de petit déjeuner est un peu petite pour l'affluence surtout en fin de service. Et également un peu bruyante (ou alors c'étaient les clients d'alors qui l'étaient).

Emplacement, parking et service voiturier, taille extra XXL de la chambre-appartement, équipements complets en chambre, propreté irréprochable de tout l'hôtel et des chambres en particulier, mais surtout gentillesse et sympathie de tout le personnel !!! L'hôtel est dans son jus, nous l'avions visité il y a 11 ans, et tout est pareil ...mais rénové dans le même style, ce qui fait son charme. Idéal pour les familles et/ou les longs séjours (possibilité de cuisiner dans la chambre). On y retournera, et sûrement avant 11 ans !

Le petit-déjeuner, vraiment trop industriel avec peu de produits frais, et bondé aux heures d'affluence.

La chambre est vaste , les plafonds sont hauts et nous trouvons tout ce dont nous avons besoin. L’hôtel est stratégiquement près de la rue Ste-Catherine. Super buffet de déjeuner! Super d’avoir accès à la salle de sport et la piscine!

Great location, great value for the location.

Construction next door, but that’s not anything the hotel can do about it. The construction did not occur over the weekend thankfully, only Monday as we were checking out.

La situation de l'hôtel, puisque nous allions à un spectacle au Balcon, la situation était excellente, 200 mètres. Le lit était confortable.

Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix certes, mais il est très limité. Pas de chaud, juste des toast ou du cake, des oeufs froids, jambon et fromage. De plus l'endroit est très petit, table presque les une sur les autres, très bruyant! Le prix du stationnement 35$! L'hôtel est très vieux!

Conveniently located, friendly staff. The breakfast was decent. Sort of like breakfast at home: toast, cereal, coffee, juice. Excellent quality food. Baked goods and breads were excellent, almost bakery-quality. For the price and location, it exactly met my needs. No complaints.

Bathroom is right out of the 1990s, but very clean and very good towels. For the price and location, it exactly met my needs. No complaints.

Stayed in a King Suite. We were impressed with the size and high ceilings. It felt nicer in person that it appeared in the photos.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Manager Alan was informative and helpful. Mr. Mike who works information desk and valvet parking assist with questions and concerns we had.

The only issue we had was the queen bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch because the bed was extremely soft had lumps..plse replace the used mattresses.

Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. Location perfect.

central location very close to via rail station. loft suite was very spacious and lovely rooftop pool. there was also a supermarket not too far away

oddly no croissants in the breakfast selection considering this was Montreal but this is a minor point, everything else was fantastic

breakfast. it was all bread, bread & bread. and everything was ice cold - even eggs. A live counter or two, such as omelettes could have been better.

great location, clean, spacious rooms!

This location is EVERYTHING!! Very easy to get to coming from NY. Hotel offers valet parking which is great in a busy walking city like this. Everyone in the hotel was very gracious. We had a suite for 3 adults and two children and the space was perfect. Clean, great amt of space, beautiful high ceilings and great view.
