Room not clean properly, overnight staff not professional, they give us a room with an ozone machine! Terrible

El personal de recepción (Camerón Cannon) muy mal. Faltaban unos minutos para las 16.00 hrs y no permitía hacer el check in sin checar siquiera si el cuarto estaba disponible y las 16.00 hrs había una tremenda fila para el check in! El comedor muy saturado y poco funcional prepara servirse alimentos.

We loved the accommodations but the staff was amazing. The breakfasts every morning we had were so good. Misty made the best omelets and Aloni (spelling??) and Katia were the best A-team with her serving up wonderful breakfasts. Than there was Jeff that kept the tables clean so efficiently and so kind. We also had dinner a few times with the happy hr and Lynn always made sure we were taken care of. All very kind and attentive. I am hoping I have the names correct and there were many more that helped us and never got names. But when you stay as long as we did 10 days we really appreciated the wonderful service. We definitely will be trying to go back as we enjoyed it so very much. I would love to have this forwarded to the staff as I don't feel they always get the recognition they deserve. There was my husband, son and sister so the four of us. Many days at amusement parks and they made it so much better.

Spacious and clean rooms. Good Location in downtown Orlando.

The suite was more spacious than I thought!! I think the hotel itself is beautiful, we were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived.

Just the fact that at night it was really loud but that has nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with the location being in the middle of downtown.

I was totally impressed with the breakfast FINALLY we enjoy it; plenty space to seat and enjoy the meal. Super happy with the location. Spacious room.

Complicated paper for the parking garage, we had a rainy weekend so we will get wet and the car as well :(

Śniadanie skromne,ale pod kątem porannego wyjazdu do parku wystarczające. Suita dosyć spora, wygodne łóżko. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości przy czteroosobowej rodzinie.

Ciemny pokój, bo ma tylko jedno okno a "okna" z "salonu" wychodzą na zabudowany "dziedziniec"

No housekeeping had to ask for towels housekeeper grouchy although I tipped her I drink hot milk in the morning , I asked the breakfast staff. NOT ALLOWED Had to go out for breakfast No type of food during the day, had to go out for a sandwich Had to pay for parking a lot!

This hotel was really AWESOME! It has the best staff and the most relaxing environment. The lobby was so beautiful I could not leave it. Breakfast was included and it was great. The hotel offers guest-operated laundry which was really helpful. I would definitely come back again.

The price is high, but the hotel offers a lot to compensate for the expense.

Quiet room, great breakfast, good air conditioning!

The bed was very hard. There was a dripping sound from the room above that was continuous. I couldn't hear it in the bedroom, but it was loud in the living room and bathroom. Also, the ice machine was repeatedly nearly out of ice. I could never fill up my ice bucket.

Snacks at cocktail hour disappointing

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

There was homeless people sleep outside my window view so I had to keep the window covering closed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I wasn’t happy about the parking across the street and paying extra money to park my car myself.
