The noise. We came back to the hotel one night and the front door was closed we got tire of ringing the door bell and no one was coming, after 1/2 an hour with no one coming I took the hotel key and knocked very hard on the glass door, this guy showed up and opened the door for us, he was sleeping there the whole time.😡

the poor information and service that we where given by 1 of the persons in reception. every time we asked something neither she knew that to say or had the intention or service attitude. for example we asked about the breakfast at the restaurant that it’s in the same building, her answered was “we are two completely different companies I have no idea”. As someone is in reception I would have expected for her to not know the answered but have the intention on helping us and that was not the vibe we got.

Lovely location, very comfortable bed and really nice design in the rooms.

Pretty basic in terms of room amenities.

The adjoining 'upscale' restaurant is convenient and judging by the crowd each night, very popular.

We had to find our own way around the area and only discovered one day later that the cost-free tram which runs by the hotel goes to 'Little Havana' at its northern destination.

Heritage hotel. Simple and well renovated. Friendly

Lack of room amenities. It is reasonable to have a coffee/tea set up.

Very comfortable bed and good aircon plus friendly staff. Good location for Miracle Mile shops and restaurants.

No breakfast facility and no real sitting space outside of the bedrooms. Fitness room quite basic and small but it all worked and was clean.

The location was great. Walk to shops and dining.

I can hear people on the hallway way too clearly. probably woke up 3 times in the morning due to travelers talking in hallway

Problems 2 days with the drain of the bath room

it’s a great location to walk around Coral Gables.

The rooms were small and plain but clean and the bed was comfortable.
