Para desayunar hay que tocar un timbre, porque no hay nadie a la vista, y por alguna razón el restaurante a las 820 am completamente solo, desayune en otro lado.

Staff sempre dispostos a ajudar. Equipe muito bem treinada, recomendação especial aos funcionários Sérgio e Franklin do front desk. Cafezinho sempre a nossa disposição no lobby do hotel. Lojinha de conveniência tem tudo o que precisamos.

O preço poderia ser melhor. Poderia ter mais ice machine a nossa disposição. Deveria ter uma maquina em cada andar. Restaurante poderia abrir para o almoço.

The location was convenient and the property was clean and well managed. I love that there’s a restaurant inside as well.

I didn’t like that the dryer machine wasn’t really getting my clothes dry.

La habitación muy cómoda , el mattress bien incomodo , la ubicación muy buena. El servicio al cliente excelente . La limpieza buena . Se puede recomendar.

Que un día no me hicieron la habitación, me dejaron sin toallas limpias.

the restaurant was above reasonable ,MR Enrique- the manager has done an excellent gesture for me by shipping my forgotten glassed to my next hotel in usa

The restaurant located in the main level was probably the best part of the entire stay. I was always happy with each meal I purchased. The beds were comfortable and receptionist were nice. Getting an Uber from hotel was easy and getting around didn’t seem too hard.

Room wasn’t quite “clean” and when I asked for more towels I was told by the housekeepers that they couldn’t give me more due to them not having enough towels. So my sister and I had to reuse the same ones the entire stay.
