I have stayed many times, it´s really conveniently located for errands and meetings around the Coral Gables area. Staff has always been really helpful, including the really kind and friendly women at the cafeteria. The hotel has a really nice space at the lobby area, with comfortable meetings spots.

Great location, the hotel is in a quiet area and there are restaurants within walking distance. The office where business meeting was held was close by. The facilities are nice, work out room and pool, bar, etc.

Guests beware of Marriott's new housekeeping policy. My stay spanned 4 nights and 5 days. I was supplied with two drinking glasses day one. On day 3, I asked for replacement. Housekeeper left with the soiled glasses, returning a few minutes later with the SAME glasses, rinsed, wet and still showing signs of my lipstick. Really? Coffee maker offerings were replaced only after my request on day 3. Trash was emptied once. The trash bin is the size of a jack-in-the-box. Overflowing all the time. It needs to be emptied daily. Housekeeping came day 3, replacing my towels. The bed linens were never changed, this service now offered after 5 full nights. I was hard at work in the bowels of a Miami summer. 95% humidity with 95 degree temps require new towels EVERY day. And sheet changes at least every OTHER day. Period. The alarm in the lobby beeped continually for two days. No one could fix it. My TV did not work and had to be repaired.The convenience shop had nothing but junk food. Marriott has reduced its inventory and gone for the cheap stuff. Four frozen dinners were left in the freezer, picked over, their boxes crushed. If I wanted to make my own bed, do my own laundry, wash my own glasses and run out to buy food and coffee, I would stay at an Airbnb. Wake up Marriott. Business travelers choose Marriott so they can enjoy clean sheets, towels and small, but necessary amenities needed after a hard day's work. I should not have to chase housekeeping begging for service, then having to stay in the room waiting for them to show up. I raised 5 kids. I am not picky. That ship sailed long ago. I just want to be treated like a guest when I check into a hotel. As I final note, my sister just returned from Cincinnati, having also stayed at a Courtyard Marriott. She echoed similar complaints regarding the new policy. Don't think we will "get used to it". We are done. Bye-bye Bonvoy.

Bathroom was super clean and I really appreciated it was updated , so many hotels are not.

The air wasn’t working in the elevator or hallways. The room felt a little outdated. My tv stopped working.
