I enjoyed the Happy hour that was provided. Free alcohol and also a good variety of snacks to complement the beverages. The vibe was good and the workers were polite and friendly... I would definitely come back here again .
Well when I checked in the clerk charged me double for the deposit. It showed that I was charged twice for the deposit, and I was assured that it would be credited back to my account once I checked out.. It was an honest mistake so hopefully I will have all that charged incorrectly fully refunded. Also having the drain for the a.c. drip from the ceiling into the tub was annoying. We literally had to close the door for the bathroom to block out the noise..

Muy buen desayuno, la alberca muy agradable, las bebidas y aperitivos por la tarde muy buenos excelente personal, sobre todo la recepcionista llamada Suzy Kaewka; muy amable y pudo contestar todas nuestras preguntas.
La noche del 3 de julio trataron de robar nuestra suv y 5 autos más. A pesar de que pagamos el estacionamiento no pudieron resolver nada. Hicimos un reporte pero dijeron que nos contactarían dentro de 14 días. El manager nos dio una noche gratis pero la administración del hotel no ayudó en mucho. Es una pena que este hotel esté en una zona donde hay muchas personas sin hogar y eso lo convierte en un lugar aunque muy bonito y agradable en inseguro.

Pool is indoor and stocked with towels and seemed cleaned and maintained.
Pet friendly with an area for dogs in front of the hotel that was kept nice and lit at night
Rooms were clean and nice.
Hotel is set up with an atrium in the center so if it is crowded in loud in the center you can hear it in the sitting area in the suites. The bedroom portion closes off and that blocks the noise but if you have anyone sleeping in the sofa area they might be bothered.

The first day of stay, the bed sheets had crumbs. I had not even unpacked, but I asked for extra sheets and blankets and the next day bed was redone.

The two broken elevators. It took us over 45 minutes to get to breakfast, another 30 to get to our room and another 45 minutes to get back down. Every elevator was full by the time it got to the 9th floor. INSANE!!
Then they charged me for TWO NUGHTS and I only stayed one! I had to call and fix it after I caught the problem. BIG MISTAKE!

The room was a great size, clean, and had ample space to get ready with 3 mirrors available. The breakfast was astounding great with great options.

The a/c in our room was not working and found out other rooms a/c was not working as well and as soon as I turned on the lights I saw a roach.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming when you came in. Our room was close to the elevators but there was not any extra noise. The evening food and beverage service was wonderful.

the pool was not working and that was our main reason for staying was for the pool and our room had one trash can.

The breakfast was by far amazing, fresh food, perfect hot meals, cold drinks. Our room was very clean, cozy very well maintained facility.. Hotel staff and kitchen attendees were wonderful, very helpful and polite super excellent service, swimming area hot tub were very soothing they were fully stocked on towels! Gym area was very spacious, clean and came in handy. Also very comfy beds with private area! This is definitely a pleasant place for a family get away or just a night away from home with your spouse!! We sure will be staying here in the near future!!!
TV channels would have been nice, despite the no channels everything else was amazing about this hotel!!

the fact that I waited too long to be greated, the room originally booked was not available and I was assigned to a one bed room and parking lot was not properly illuminated

Breakfast was made fresh. I liked the happy hour.
I was asked when I wanted housekeeping and they never came. Pool was not heated. Hot tub was not working.
