Food was good and everything was comfortable

The lady that waited on us actually asked us if we wanted to leave a tip after she looked at the bill we returned. We didnt want that added to our card so we were going to leave cash but the fact she was insinuating we needed to leave one was kind of rude.

The gentleman that checked us in was great.

The lady that was there the rest of the time was annoying. The red head. The blankets are too thin The toilet didn’t flush but they did fix it quick

Great staff, including restaurant service and front desk. The overall decor was nice and the facility was very clean.

The drains in bathroom were very slow, refrigerator didn't work, and room light was dim, including a floor lamp with burned-out bulb.

Food was very good.

However, when I booked the room, it said breakfast was INCLUDED. It was NOT. I don't know if the error was with Booking.com or Hilton. But that was a little frustrating.

Breakfast was great. Initially thought it was part of the package but after eating given a bill. Will stay again.

Didnt realize breakfast was not complimentary. But I was tasty! The ladies did a great job.

1. Deducted from my card extra $50, in advance when I check in they told the reason if I order food anything extra(other than complimentary breakfast), but when I check out asked to return they replied they credit the amount only after 4 business days. If you are not trusting customer no point staying there. 2. Mentioned in the website complimentary breakfast, but charging whatever we ask in the menu. Only fruits and bread is free. This is unfair then you have to mention the same in the website. 3. When I was in room fire alarm everyone came out from room, started to ask what happened about the sound and panic, but no response from the hotel. When I called front desk and asked they mentioned due to cooking fire in the kitchen.

Staff. Pushing me to order from menu even though I paid for breakfast included price. Fours years ago we stayed in the same place. It’s deteorating.
