Excellent facilities and staff. The room was excellent. I was very impressed with the well thought out design of shower.

Clean, good location.

I specifically asked for a room with a chair other than the desk chair. I verified with the person at the counter, but when I got to the room, nothing but a desk chair, which was very uncomfortable. At checkout the next morning, I spoke with the manager, who was unreceptive and uninterested. This supports AIRBNB as a much more comfortable option. Hampton Inn also still shows mask requirements, which are not in force. I'll not stay at this one again.

Hot tub, staff was nice, towels were thick

The beds were hard as boards, actually a sheet of plywood would been softer. First time going into the bathroom there was a COCKROACH climbing up the wall. Killed it, took it to the front desk and they put it in a paper bag. No offer to change rooms or a discount off the bill. Booking gave us a total of $136.00, at check in we got a different amount and at final check out the price went up again! Note..every total had all the taxes added to it.

My wife loves biscuits and gravy. She thought those were excellent! Room was clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival nobody was at the desk. When she came back she stunk of cigarettes so apparently she was taking a smoke break. Got to the room and it stunk like dirty feet, the ac wasn't working the carpet was filthy, the vinyl tile was sticky and the bathroom sink was clogged. We had to leave for a graduation and I asked that those items to be addressed. When we returned the only change was that the ac was working. I called the desk and asked for something to spray the carpet with. He brought a can of febreeze and he himself smelled like he had been rolling in an ashtray. As a side note the stinking carpet thing must be pretty common as I saw a housekeeper wearing a holster with 2 cans of febreeze in it. My wife couldn't sleep because of the smell. Overall it is shameful the way this property is kept for price charged. Booking.com should be more discerning in the properties they are repping. This reflects directly on you as well. Do better, be better. We work hard for our money and expect what we pay for.
