good location

they were very understaffed. felt really bad for the employees that were working 7 days a week. Also, we did request daily room cleaning but never happened. Never got clean towels. Had to always go down to get towels and extra bedding for the pullout.

The room was fine. The front desk host on duty at arrival did a good job.

The breakfast was poor. The bread and bagels were stale. There was no shampoo in the shower. I called to have it replaced and no one came with a replacement. The fire alarm went off while we were eating breakfast and we were made to leave the hotel without coats or any of our stuff in single digit temps. We were kept out of the building for nearly 30 minutes as the fire department was in the building. I believe it was a false alarm. When we came back in to get our stuff I was going to complain about the breakfast and the shampoo, but could not find an employee.anywhere on the main floor.

Nothing was good. Room was dirty. Phone had no phone line. Night clerk indifferent to our needs. Apparently short staffed.

Cleanliness and quality of the room was exceptional. This was the 2nd hotel we stayed out of three on our trip and surpassed the other two including one costing $45 more. Very quiet location with a somewhat modest exterior but highly superior room quality. Morning staff lady was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was anemic and needs improvement with more options.

everything was fine.. clean and safe

we rode 500 miles on motorcycles to get here in 95 degree weather.. was excited to take a swim I. the pool, which we found out when we got here was closed 3 days ago, other hotels had open pool. would have loved to know we were expecting a disappointment when we got here.

Ants was everywhere in my room and in my suitcase. I reported to Assistant & general manager, but I definitely wouldn’t be staying here anymore.

The staff were great! The property was messy on the inside with unoccupied rooms, unclean and doors open. The cleaning carts and dirty linens were left in the hallway. I assume they are short staffed.

The continental breakfast wasn’t very good. Not much to offer.

The breakfast could have had more options. We felt the pickings were very slim.

Too much noise. We could hear lots of people talking in other rooms. Not very sound proof
