The room and location was nice and good service.

The hot water on my jacuzzi didn't work. So paid extra for something I couldn't use. Very disappointed.

It was an old shabby motel, given the name of Inn. not worth $100

The staff was kind, but not very helpful when it came to resolving our issues with the facilities.

It was dirty, first room had a broken window that wasn't secure. The second room had a toilet that barely worked, fridge and air conditioning unit both made noise and there was water leaking out of a vent onto the floor in the lobby as you enter the continental breakfast area. This place was horrible!!!

I loved this place because I got my own room on the first floor so I could go in and out as I pleased

The room got locked and we were stuck outside the room at 2am. The person sitting in the reception was so rude and wasn’t helpful in getting the door open. All our luggage was in that room and we were given no other option than to cancel our plans for the next day, take another room and sleep there till the maintenance guy comes at 10am in the morning. The receptionist hasn’t even cared to come and see what’s the issue. He was so reluctant and arrogant.

Only giving a 2 out of 10, simply because of the price.

From checking in, to being in the room it was a disaster. the person that checked us in was on the phone, on speaker the whole time we checked in. He didn’t speak very much English which is perfectly fine for me, but he got very upset when I tried to take the time to read what he was having me sign. He raised his voice telling me to sign, and finally backed down when I asked him to tell me what I was signing. Yanked my ID and phone out of my hands to see if I had a reservation, and walked away with my ID without even letting me know. Did not explain any wifi or breakfast (this was advertised on the booking but wasn’t offered when we were there). the room was disgusting. Rust building up on all the lamps, dead bugs collecting on the walls and INSIDE the paintings. mold building up on the shower curtains, ceiling and shower head. huge hole on the outside of the hot tub, and when we had to clean the hot tub as there were things floating the first time we tried to use it. holes all in the shades, and even our window was cracked. Even the bedsheets were stained. A very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay for my first time trying Red Roof Inn. There is clearly not a care for the rooms and/or the customer. with the experience I got, I definitely feel like I overpaid.
