The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to. Absolutely gorgeous, comfortable rooms and modern bathroom facilities (especially the mirror with bluetooth speakers and defogger).

All bathroom towels were dirty, laden with curly pubic hair. Felt like I needed a second shower after the first. Staff was very kind though.

The beds are too soft. My original room was a 1st floor pet room & I was not traveling with a pet. Also, the bathroom & shower visibly hadn't been cleaned & I was told that housekeeping wasn't available but, there was a woman sitting in the housekeeping office when I passed by. While they kindly gave me a different room, my husband who has MS & I had to pack up again & move to another room which was very inconvenient! The air conditioner in the rooms are very loud.

The location was good. The market next to the front desk for snacks and drinks is very convenient but a little pricey.

No breakfast restaurant available. The beds were NOT Queen beds the beds were full size and very uncomfortable for 2 people. Disappointed the advertisement was 2 Queen beds and it wasn't.

I requested additional towels 4 times over a 3 hour period starting at 6:45am. I was told by the manager the housekeeping staff arrives at 7am and they would send them up. 90 minutes later I went to the front desk and requested the towels again. An hour later I called and spoke to the manager again and requested the towels again. I was promised the towels times but never got them. Finally I had to shower using used towels from the floor. I then requested EXTRA towels again when they make up/clean up the room. We left for the day, then that evening came back 11 hours later to find no additional towels AND the room not made up and cleaned at all, it was untouched. I requested additional towels a 5th time at 9pm (different staff person) and received them quickly. Clean towels are one of the few things hotels are supposed to provide. Not being able to get clean towels for a room costing $600 per night is ridiculous and robbery. I want a big discount for the inconvenience and my trouble.

Breakfast was very good, though coffee cups could have been much larger! Menu was small but adequate. Our server and chef were very helpful and welcoming.
