Location was convenient, close to shopping, restaurants and highways

Pool is in need of a MAJOR upgrade! It was dirty and large amounts of chipped paint throughout. The lounge chairs were also very dirty. The gym was not in working condition either

The staff was friendly, the lobby was very nice.

The room was a bit outdated, the beds weren't very comfortable, curtains were torn and stained. We weren't provided with enough towels for our party of 4, we requested more twice but never received them.

Decent location and great price.

The chair had obvious and visible stains on it and the bathroom was definitely worn out and didn’t seem very clean.

Not enough luggage wagons at all! Too much pot smoking in rooms. The hallways, elevators and it being smoked in rooms needs to get under control. It was coming in my room from the room next door

The hotel room was spacious. Nice floor to ceiling windows.

Very outdated decor in the hotel room. The toilet never stops making noise. The sink area of the washroom has carpet, a big no no. The bathtub and toilet space was very moist and muggy. Not very good air ventilation in the room. There needs to be a microwave in the room. The whole building needs to be renovated.

The hotel is in a very good area. There are alot of shopping areas nearby, including Cherry Hill Mall, Also Cooper River Park is nearby. The location is great and highways are easily accessible.

The first room that we were given looked as if someone had slept in it already. We were given a new room within 15 minutes. It was very cold that night. The new room was extremely cold and the heat was not working. An engineer was sent up to fix the thermostat and heating, however, the next morning the water was turned off and my fiance had to go downstairs to have someone turn the water on. The telephone in the room was inoperable which was also a safety issue in case of an emergency.

It was very clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly. Can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool!

More towels in the room would've been good.
