That the hotel had clean not smeeling carpets

Our first night, we had to be moved as our AC was leaking water all over the carpet - a darling employee came up & helped us move & we were given a suite at no extra charge. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was spotless. We checked out after one night thinking our AC at home would be fixed - no luck. So we checked back in & asked for the same suite. We checked out again the next day & again had to return. The woman at the desk gave me a key for a suite. I was hot, sweaty & tired. I got in the room & there was only one TV. I called the desk & the same woman said I could come get another key. FYI - she had not been friendly, no smile or eye contact.No please, thank you or sorry. And no offer to help me move. The next day I mentioned this to The supervisor, I believe her name is Alicia. She apologized & discounted our room.

Having TV's in the rooms where they should be & having the cable working properly. Only the one woman at the desk was unpleasant - everyone else was happy, friendly & helpful. If someone does not like their job - it shows. Hire only the friendly people! ANd keep the woman who cooks the breakfasts - she is awesome.

I never checked in. Arrived in town to visit my father in hospice. He was doing very bad and we never left his side. He passed away about 4 a.m. I reached out to booking and the hotel about a refund and I never got a response back. This is completely unacceptable customer service.

the Hotel is clean

I stayed one night my 85 years old grandmother, I request a Accessible bedroom, we arrived at hotel around 9:00 9:30 pm, and as soon as we change to go to the bed and use the bathroom toilet didn't work, I called plenty of times to the desk front and maintenance and no one answer the phone, Toilet did not fill up with water, so I had to manually filled with the bucket of Ice, I decided to move on because we were already changed to our PJ and it was one night stay and at 8:00 am we will be leaving, but this was so uncomfortable for me and grandmother.

Easy parking

Room is not clean, AC so noisy that I had to turn it off, towels changed only every 3 days, breakfast of poor quality for a 3 star hotel
