They had different activities for everyone

The pool was extremely overcrowded and our the floor in our room was not clean. The resort fees and parking were not included and was costly.

We didn’t stay. We checked in and then checked right out. The facilities were disappointing, run down, and the place reeked of weed.

The amenities were great for the kids.

Any time we called guest services they said they would send someone, for towels, dish soap, cooking utensils (we had a full kitchen and had no dish soap or cooking utensils). It would take HOURS for anyone to bring what we requested and multiple requests!!

Todo. Actividades para familias. Cine,teatro, comidas variadas heladería parque de agua y piscina riquísima . Tiene un 100 . Es la tercera vez que visito este hotel . He ido a otros. Y no me he se todo a gusto. Muy buen precio también.

The kids liked the water slides

Room was not clean. Pretty gross. Electrical outlets were dangerous with gaps. Waited until after 5 to check in. Managers not available to help correct issues.

The water park was a hit for my family. The kids enjoyed all the activities that were available throughout the resort. The location of the resort was also great. We were close to everything.

It took over 3 hours to check in. The system went down and no one could check in for hours. The line to check in was out the door and it was very chaotic.

The location

The suite doesn’t look as asvertised just a regular white bunk bed and the 2nd queen size bed is in the bunk bed! Very misleading. If the weather is bad you lose access to 80% of the amenities made up of the water park. Not clean or kept up

Room layouts are great. Bunk beds are fun for kids.

We had adjoining rooms with family and we had to ask to get it adjoined 5 times. Each time we were assured we had rooms together but we didn’t. Once we did get rooms together the doors between the rooms would stay open on their own so we had to prop them open with chairs and lost seating in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The comforter was dirty. The floors were not clean. My kids only took their shoes off in the rooms and then their feet were black. The outside of our room had a pile of dirty linens shoved between the pillars when we arrived and it stayed like that for the whole day. Someone threw up in the pool while we were there. A lot of the amenities were closed like the restaurant at the smaller pool, some of the food places. They used to have a cool rec area with ping pong tables. They changed it to a second arcade.

I like that they had a waterpark and an extra pool and hot tub. They also look like they had blowup waterslides and arcade food on site and even an ice cream place and I like that they had enough room for big families.

What I did not like is that they charged for the waterpark, even though we were unable to use it because of late check-in. Also, there was a German cockroach in the pullout, couch and crumbs in the sheets in a few of the beds.

Location was good, close to parks. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Liked the set up of rooms

Staff was less than impressive. After paying the resort fees through booking.com I was told I did not pay them and was required to pay them again and taxes on the resort fees. Extra $200 on top of what I already paid. My booking.com email specified the fees were already paid but the hotel refused to budge. Upon arrival, their computer systems were down and the line of 20 of us were not allowed to check in. The lady that took down my name said this was the 3rd time that day they were down and they would call once the computers were back up. 2 hours later we finally get a call that we could check in.

The friendly helpful staff members. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Makes us feel welcoming. The convenience of the location was central near several attractions.

The walls has terrible insulation. We literally could hear everything on the other side of the walls.. Our neighbor’s kids woke up at 6am and screamed their heads off running around in their room making lots of noises for a good 2 hours non-stop while we were still sleeping. I had to turn on my white noise app to continue sleeping.

Ice machines out of order. Parts of room was dated especially shower and tub. Our room faced back of property. The back of property was messy with exposed construction bins and materials. It could use portable fencing around it just to make it look organized. I suggest a designated outdoor ventilated space for smokers instead of having smokers standing out in the back parking lot areas as smoke smells come up around the rooms.

It’s like a knock off disney hotel.

Finding building 2 was confusing, the walls of the rooms were thin and could hear my next door neighbors the whole time. They charged me $270 for one night when I was only supposed to pay $135 so now I have to go back and forth with them for the charges. They charge $40 resort fee PLUS $27 plus taxes. Kind of annoying. My daughter found gum in her bed sheets on the bunk bed as well.

The room were very dirty , and smell so bad I called front desk they did send some one to change them but the room still smelled bad . I will never stay here again . My mom got sick from all the dust in the rooms . They make up your bed after the 5th day of stay like I never stay in a hotel with such a dirty rule of making your bed after so many days . I was gone already by the 5th day .

2e slaapkamer te klein voor volwassenen ( 6 bol wassen kunnen in de accommodatie), te klein daarvoor. Geen keuken faciliteiten, alleen magnetron en koelkast.. ook Geen waterkoker helaas. Oude vloerbedekking met gaten in de liften .

Worst stay ever! They charged my credit card twice and for seven days told me it was being refunded it was never refunded and then on checkout day they're saying a total of 600 was refunded. The whole staff needs to be retrained never seen such incompetent people. They talk in circles and corporate should really look into this location. It is shameful! and corporate should really look into this location. It is shameful! On a scale of 1 to 5 they are a ZERO!

Breakfast was alittle expensive for what was served. We only ate here once during the stay.

La ubicación excelente, a 10 minutos de los parques de Disney y a 20 minutos de Universal

Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, el ascensor y el edificio en general requiere algo de mantenimiento. La acomodación era para 6 personas y no había puerta en una de las habitaciones. Tampoco había lugar para poner las maletas y/o ropa en esa habitación Se paga precio de resort y hacen falta varias cosas básicas como esas. La tarifa debería incluir al menos desayuno si las instalaciones no son propias de un "resort".

The location was fine

There was a roach in my room, my husband and I had to be relocated to a different room. Disgusting! You had to pay for literally everything, even parking ! Way too much money for roaches !
