The extra charge for parking and not allowing (to pay for) an additional parking space even though we paid for a larger (suite) room it Created an inconvenient situation.

The location was close enough for my family to walk to and from Disneyland each day. The free breakfast was pretty good. The staff were kind. Liked that they had the restaurant attached. We didn’t eat there but was told the food was good by other patrons of the hotel. We had a perfect view of the fireworks from our room that was fun to see. The room was clean and the 2 TVs was a life saver for the children at the end of the night.

The carpets and furniture seemed a bit outdated.

The family suite was a perfect fit for my family. We had enough space for us and our stuff, including all the souvenirs we bought.

Checking in and out was a breeze and staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was easily accesible.

Our A/C went out the first night and I called front desk. They said the breaker had gone out and someone would fix it. Never heard back from staff. It was hot in our room the first night.

Great place! We usually stay at another hotel that is across the street from Disneyland, but chose the Desert Palms this time to save a little bit of money and to take advantage of the free breakfast. We were still totally in walking distance to the park (10 minutes vs. 2 minutes), enjoyed a larger space (we had a 1 bedroom suite, sleeps 6), and enjoyed the free breakfast. The parking areas are monitored by security guards, and when there was an issue with our vehicle (my fault), they got a hold of me right away and were very kind. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and happy to help us. The TV setup could be a bit better - there are a lot of channels and no guide - in the TV or in the room. That's my one minor complaint about the room!

The "fake cheese" used in the omelets at breakfast was unfortunate and a turn off.

I only stayed since the place was close to disneyland

There was lots of noise and I couldn't sleep all night. For everyday I stayed I had to ask the desk for cleaning the room and supplies like towels and such. Would never want to stay in this hotel again and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

It was a nice location from Disneyland very clean and the breakfast was good.

i was on the first floor so I can hear everyone bumping and running right on top of the room.

The only unhappy comment I have to say is the beds were too firm not comfortable. Everything else was beyond my expectations.
