The pool area was a pleasant place to cool off. Staff at the cafe were nice and breakfast was tasty and a good value.

Air in the the hallway and our room smelled musty or moldy and triggered our allergies. Sounds from the pool came in loud and clear.

The staff was very nice, accommodating and helped us feel comfortable. Location is a good spot near shops and amusement park.

Bed was okay but maybe too soft for some people because of an issue of sinking in. We did have problems with water pressure where water would get hot while in the shower. Also the restaurant at the property was closed but that was listed before we booked the stay.

Gentleman with towel cart was banging on my door while I was on the toilet- didn't stop until I had to stand up and tell him I was inside. Probably thought I already checked out, which I haven't yet.

It says there is a bar and restaurant but it was closed . That was the only reason I booked with this hotel.

I liked that the hotel is in a very good location in Anaheim.

The carpet was super dirty and when they would do house keeping they wouldn’t clean the bathroom also the lights by the beds were very dirty.

Special mention to Oz ( I think he is a Supervisor) for his energy. He was very informative when he checked us in. He was always on top of things and has a personal touch. We had a problem with our in room safe, and they immediately looked into it. However, after 2 days, the safe crashed again. So Oz personally went to our room to check it and had the safe replaced. All the front desk staff were very accomodating to the point of lending their fast chargers for phones, sharing their seat for my daugter while we did our laundry. Joshua was very kind. We like that the hotel is newer compared to the other Disney neighbor hotels. We like how clean and good smelling the corridors were. It was perfect!

Loved the location of this hotel. It is about 1/2 a mile from Disneyland and walkable if you'd like to go that route. We opted to pay the nominal fee and took the ART shuttle which costs around $5.50 a day. Once you get the system down then using the shuttle is no problem at all and it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the nearby bus stop. The rooms are clean, comfortable, QUIET and nicely appointed (loved the overhead/rain shower btw). We would gladly stay here every time we visit the area and this is my new go to for Disney trips.

The room had a Keurig which was great! But the coffee selection provided by the hotel of course left something to be desired.

Our wifi service/ connection didn’t work well. Had bad connection in the last room of the hallway. We couldn’t even watch our Netflix in our laptop 😔
