location good, pool nice, bed comfortable

Rude woman at checkin. Totally ignored granddaughter asking about restroom until we said something. full amount of stay charged early. a few weeks before stay. Upon checkin- asked again for credit card. Had to tell them already paid. Then charged additional 102.70 for incidentals. Been 2 wks and is still on credit card. Said would be refunded upon checkout. Room was not cleaned and towels ect., shampoo, conditioner empty and not replaced. Called to report toilet not working, said would send someone right up. Never showed, we left for day and never came while we were gone. After 5 when we returned to room and of course, maintenance and housekeeping were already gone. Most of time, no one at front desk. A/C could only be adjusted so far(locked). Hottest days on record and could not make the room cooler. Printer broken, no receipt. Had to email it.

It was close to our destination.

Housekeeping never came in the room to clean. The room was dirty. We were told we had to use the same towels multiple times to wash ourselves. The air-condition was broken in the lobby. Overall we were not pleased with our stay.

They allowed my late arrival of 12:45 pm! Bed was comfortable, drapes were 100% blackout, everything clean!

Was concerned about parking, but all was well!

It was exceptionally clean and smelled great, having a restaurant and starbucks downstairs was great as a feature although we didn’t use it.

The main air conditioning was broken and had been for weeks according to staff, as a result the room we stayed in got up to 82 degrees for the day even with the window unit on as low as possible. We had to ask for a different room on day 2 because it was extremely uncomfortable. The floor was warm to the touch in the bathroom, so much that we thought the floors/light were deliberately heated. We felt horrible for the staff as they were all uncomfortable and sweating well into the night when we’d cross paths.

The shower was not very good. Only the middle part of it worked. Not much water flow

Friendly staff. Nice bar area. Large lobby.

No daily maid service, every other day only. Room refrigerator door broken and reported to front desk. Nothing done about it. Asked twice, ignored.
