Too expensive for just one night and they blindside you with the valet charge

No locks on the bathroom door. made the whole experience very uncomfortable

Perfect location for fun and medical isssues which was why I was staying there.

The toilet ran non stop and made loud dripping noises where we couldn't sleep. Had to leave hotel due to the noise and no help. I wouldn't recommend this place the service was terrible and the room was not in good shape Electrical made loud buzzing noises when u turn on the light the exhaust fan didn't work and the mirror was peeling

Very nice entry/lobby and facilities. Helpful staff. The room hallways very clean and nicely decorated.

Room had no dresser or luggage stand.

The location was great. We were able to walk to many of the sights such as Freedom Trail, Newberry St, Boston Commons, and multiple restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel except for purchasing some small food items in its “convenience store” which was great for the teenagers.

It would have been nice to have had an additional blanket in the room for the bed. The soap dispensers in the shower weren’t marked either. Lotion, shampoo, soap? No pool or hot tube but that’s not a deal breaker.

The location is amazing, nearby all what you need in a walking distance.

1. The furniture is very old. 2. The window leaks excessive air and makes air noise during windy hours which makes the area near the window very cold. 3. Exhaust fan at the rest room was not working.

My husband was having Hip replacement surgery at Tufts and the proximity to the hotel was perfect!! Just across the street and though the entrance on Tremont St. It was perfect!

Great location and convenience for 2 day medical procedure at Tufts Medical center.

Ideally, a bigger breakfast/dinner restaurant option, 10 Post fit the basic requirements, a true restaurant w/room service would have been perfect. Note, fine options for food were very close to property.

The staff made our stay wonderful. The lobby is lovely and grand but the room was tired. Bed and pillows were wonderful though!.

It was strange to be in a city hotel and not have food service or a bar opened during the day on a weekend. We enjoyed some time at the bar in the evening before our show, and the bartender was wonderful and welcoming. We had a cocktail that was fabulous.

I want my money back. We checked out around 1:30 in the morning because the HOTEL was blaring club music. They offered a higher floor but we heard it loud and clear already on the 9th floor, so a higher floor likely wouldn’t have done anything. By that time we were pissed off and wanted to leave so we had to get a $70 Uber to get back home. Not being able to sleep at a hotel?? Unacceptable. I want my money back. Don’t blast music in a hotel. If you’re still going to, notify your guests plenty beforehand. You drove guests out of your hotel in the middle of the night.

Over priced. Valet was absolutely horrible. People partying next to us until 3am yelling banging making all types of noise.

Clean. Extremely helpful woman at the front desk both Saturday late afternoon and early Sunday.

Noise in hallway. Thin walls. Ugly decor. Noisy AC. No extras -- no extra blankets, just the bare bones.

Zimmer ist klein und eng. Zimmer hatte eine Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer - dadurch war es teilweise sehr laut, weil man wirklich jedes einzelne Wort der Unterhaltung aus dem Nachbarzimmer verstehen konnte. Das hat sehr gestört.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very clean. The location was perfect. Close to the Boston commons, Theaters, bars, restaurants, we walked everywhere. Valet was easy and convenient being in the city. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant but I will definitely be staying here again in the future. We were going to an event at TD Garden.

No complaints here. We had an issue with the shade in our room, but when I brought it up to the front desk the problem was resolved quickly.

Our maid was excellent. Front desk people were super polite and helpful.

Ice dispenser too far from our room. Didn’t like that I could not see outside. Our room had an awful view and although the lounge area in the lobby was very nice it had no windows! Wasn’t told about Pleasure Bay Beach.

The rooms were fairly tired looking. Very small rooms, not really any space and it felt cramped with two suitcases. They are currenlty (August 2022) doing work on the hotel so I hope they update the inside and not just the outside.
