The staff was really nice and they helped with everything with a smile on their faces. The breakfast was good too.

The room was kind of dark and small, and it didnt seem too clean.

I like how the staff was so friendly, also the cleanliness it was very very clean

it’s so outdated I was so disappointed about the outdated of this hotel, for been a Fairfield and so expensive I truly expected way more for the price, even the breakfast was very poor, in the website shows so much and we were so exited about the stay there and it was a truly disappointment. it needs so much this hotel or the price should go down a lot

Noisy! Road noise, AC noise

The weather had been so nice and fresh that we didn't even need the AC,and i assumed that it was working, but then it got HOT and I started to sweat,I went to turn up the AC and it was broken, the thermostat on the wall was completely off,cold or hot it wasn't working at all,the AC unit by the window was not working at all,by the time we actually noticed it wasn't working it was 4 hours before check out,I guess it was too late,they offered a fan and or the maintenance guy to come check it out but I said no because I was having a Menopause hot flash and didn't want anyone in my room,I was just frustrated and decided to shower and check out! I usually stay at this location because of the convenience but I was very unhappy spending $200.00 for one night and had no AC when I really needed it, the staff was great,it's clean and safe but none of that was worth the 200.00$ I spent with no AC!!

The hotel is closed to the Domain shopping.

I was missing at brakfast a simple eggs omelette and light brown bread.

Staff. incredibly well trained, helpful, dynamic this was during the power loss in 150,000 homes in Austin February 2023. hotel did an incredible job of making sure all guests arriving and departing had all the support and help needed. JoAnn at reception Karl Sutz manager were all exceptional
