Did not eat. The room was big and clean. The fridge was not working.
Customer service, room service, and the front desk were not attentive. I called three times from my room to report a defective fridge. I was promised a technician to repair the equipment, yet no one showed up. My groceries spoiled, and I was unable to eat that day. After my convention at 7 PM, I stopped by the reception once again to complain. At that time, I was sent a well-behaved technician who replaced my fridge and one of my parents. Also, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist requested that I pay more for another room as he saw only one room booked while I had a receipt for two. He did not want to listen to me or to look at my documents. Instead, he said, "I go with what I see on my screen." After I insisted that I pay for the rooms, he called his colleagues, who finally found the extra room, making it two, as I said. I wasted more than 30 minutes during this process.

Nice hotel. Great location if you need to be near the airport. Great staff. I would recommend skipping the restaurant, if possible. However, there isn't much near by and the restaurant is convenient!
I have a turkey sandwich and salad for lunch. The turkey was turkey lunch meat, not turkey. Had I known, I would not have ordered it. The lettuce had been around a while, too.

The lobby was beautiful with restaurants that opened late and lounge areas for hangout.
It’s literally right next to an airport so you hear every airplane that takes off. We were in a desperate situation and needed a place to stay. The box spring was broken and people do not respect quiet hours. It was very frustrating with the security deposit being $900 and that wasn’t mentioned up front. Parking is NOT free and neither is the WiFi. Will not stay here again.

My window being smashed out by vandals. This isn't the first time either, they just failed to notify there customers. I would remove this hotel from your list until they get security figured out

Lobby was gorgeous. Food was great. Staff were extremely professional.
The rooms were far below expectations. They’re still decent for the money spent but the smart TV Bluetooth did not connect video. The sink handle in the bathroom broke within minutes and the AC unit was extremely inconsistent. The fridge also failed to keep our food cold.

Hotel restaurant and staff both amazing. Friendly and courteous, polite, attentive. Loved the broad offerings on the breakfast buffet and the root beer based BBQ sauce. Fantastic experience!

I had a adjoining room. Which I was not adjoined with the people next door. The opened thier door and I could hear them talk and thier tv even at 3am so I got up and left.

The property itself is extremely close to the airport and the hotel staff are always accommodating and the main lobby area is well maintained.
The actual room was disappointing this time around. The bathroom was not that clean (dirt in the shower, Bobbie pins on the floor and the sink was stained) and the room itself had an awful egg smell. There were also several areas in the room that could use some TLC. It just doesn’t feel as elegant as it did before especially for the amount of money.

Very small pool for size of hotel, small bathrooms, and no continental breakfast or complementary coffee in the morning.

After I paid what my reservation was I kept getting in necessary fees charged to my card there was a lot of confusion and I barley got a clear answer from any one. Parking was not included after paying so much money and there was no free parking so I had to pay for parking regardless.

The location was convenient
If I could give the cleaning staff a red zero I would!!! They did not clean my room for 2 days. Insane!!! Especially when we were gone literally all day and gave them ample time to clean the room. We were in for my mother in law funeral, who wants to be out all day with a draining situation as such and come back to a dirty room!!! Exhausting. And to top it off there was a bug crawling on the sheets. Guess because they were never changed.
