The room was nice and clean. The front people were not.
How when I was checking in the front desk had an attitude with me. When someone walked up to the desk they would stop helping me to help them. Then said that they couldn't find my reservation. What was that.

Everything! Well the price for room service and parking was just a more than I think was fair but.... the service was great!
The first night the bed was awful due to my bad back and wore out mattress I actually slept on the couch/lounge for a couple hours after daylight, however the girl at the desk (don't remember her name) was very gracious and moved us to another room quickly the next night. Very happy with the next room. Very clean. Big fluffy towels. FABULOUS SHOWER! The tiny bottle of herb essential oil spray left on pillows for restful sleep was a lovely touch. Giant TV!! We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that, nor did we order food at hotel restaurant or go to the bar. Starbucks was perfect. We were able to check out late without being charged. They did have valet service for parking or if wanted to park closer to building you would need to pay parking fee of $20 per night. I think that is a bit steep. We have handicap permit so parking on side of building wasn't a big deal. But definitely will be back on next trip!

Food was good. Service was good. Fridge made awful noise. No extra blankets. Couldn’t control AC… either crazy cold or hot. A normal room there is no better than Motel 6. Maybe I should have upgraded when they asked me to. I wanted a comfortable weekend but that’s not it.

The location was perfect for our visit to Tulsa. We book a wonderful spa visit while at the hotel.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide transportation to the Mabee Center.

The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to be working properly. Also, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was mold around the top of the bathtub towards the front of it. As well as around the ledge of the soap dish . I have stayed at this Marriott before and had an excellent stay overall before. I don’t know what happened this time.

Room wasn’t ready an hour after check in time. Had to take a different style of room that was ready as to not be late to a planned local event. Very disappointing.

The refrigerator didn't work. I had to call the front office twice. There was no hair dryer. The hotel attempted to charge me an additional breakfast after I already paid when I made the reservation.

I loved that the facility is in a safe location and the front desk did help when needed.
I was checked into a double room and was told that's what was reserved by 3rd party, however I booked a king room and upon checking my receipt/online reservation, it was indeed a king. The staff did eventually move me to a king room, however I had to wait for a room to become available and wheel my luggage back and forth on carpet due to this mistake. My duvet cover was noticeably stained which I requested to be changed and I was also getting bites from something in my room and was given a bug spray by housekeeping (possible mgr) to spray the room or I'd have to change rooms again. While I do appreciate breakfast being added due to the issues I faced, this is my 3rd stay at this Marriott and it wasn't a comfortable or pleasant stay as my previous two, especially for the rate paid.

very clean & the beds were so comfy. The hotel bar was very nice and they even had karaoke going on when we stayed. Good location.
the Starbucks. We had a terribke experience with the employee that was working and training two new hires was absolutely rude. She told one of my friends she didn’t have sweet cold foam and then the next friend that order told her she would have to make it up. Long story short she ended up putting just whipped cream on the top of their drinks so they got charged $2.00 for whip cream. As we were waiting in some other friends drinks my friend & I that was already down there she wanted to get a flat lid and so we asked one of the ladies training if she could get one and she was going to grab it and then the main lady that was training stopped her and said no don’t give it to them. For whatever reason I don’t know and neither did the lady training…it was ridiculous.

Maintenance issues in the bathroom, lights. Booked originally for 7 nights but stayed only 5 nights due to an emergency.
Charged the full 7 nights. Staff at the front desk were incompetent and were not very helpful with any kind of reimbursement with the issues I had in my room. Very disappointed that this property did not live up to the Marriott standards

I did not have the breakfast there but I did get coffee in the mornings. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. It provided a relaxing get away after a busy day out. The bathroom was nice and clean.
The shower door did not remain closed but kept opening, letting a draft in while showering. I didn't get maid service the last two days during my stay. Because there was a children's dance competition and soccer game (separate events) during my stay there were a couple of nights when children were running up and down the hall giggling and laughing. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.
