There was roaches running freely , bed bugs I called spoke with dawn her answer was a room change . Went to a co worker room she had bugs. There were water bugs crawling free purely unacceptable ew

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Staff was great and the room was phenomenal. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Virginia.

This hotel has great potential but could use some updates the pictures are misleading

The fact that it could use some updates and care. Cleaning the hallways could do it some Justice too just overall maintenance

I liked the location. The bed and bathroom were really clean but that was about it.

The room needed to be vacuumed better. I found a wrapper on the floor near the garbage can and someone’s earring on the couch. The entire place needs a huge upgrade. I don’t understand why a pet friendly hotel on a beach has carpeting.

The location. Love the oceanfront location. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We were able to have and early and late check out.

The a/c is leaking on the carpeted floor, so the entire stay it was wet. We asked them to dry it a few times but didn’t happen. The toilet paper and blowdryer was missing.

The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the bar/ live music was excellent. There were life guards close by.

Housekeeping was close to non existent. The restaurant was not good at all.

The room was clean and comfortable with a great view, stocked well with toiletries and such. Overall beautiful and comfy would love to go again

We didn't realize it was multiple buildings so we were split from the rest of the group, also the breakfast wasn't quite $15+ worthy

I love the location. It is away from all the other hotels and nestled among homes. The beach is wide and clean. Dogs are welcome and it is family friendly. It is so pretty

There was a fire alarm at 2 am and only one night staff person. He provided only one key for all the firefighters to check 17 floors. They did identify ways to improve future management and luckily there was no fire.

Fire alarm went off at 2:30am Wed July 26th...we were on 16th floor...no fun going down 16th flight of stairs..old woman here..thought the hotel would have at least ofter a free drink or meal ..oh well...

they gave us room 606 telling us it all ready for us and when we go into room there are people laying in the bed!!!!!! WTF! We lug our stuff back down to the front desk and complain and get no sorry, no comps, just another room 303. Seems staff is in a brain fog. Very disapointed in service for the price I paid for your hotel. Oh yea and no breakfest?

The front desk staff was excellent. Made our stay extremely enjoyable.

The entire property needs a major make over. The balcony’s are dirty, hallways has orders, they store roll away bed in dusty unclean wyd areas. They also keep fresh linen I am area that is very dirty

we didn’t get a ground flour room when we arrived, was asked to take a room on the 4th floor , the hallway to the room stunk sooo bad it was unreal but by the time we got to our room smell was gone . our room was not clean or nice and guests next door was playing music so loud you couldn’t hear anything else and they tried numerous times to open the door to adjoining rooms, was very uncomfortable .went downstairs to customer service and talked to the manager (very rude ) did offer another room down the hall that solved nothing the music was so loud you could here it all the way down the hall . I just asked her to cancel our reservation she was so hateful, I didn’t lower myself to her standards I very nicely told her we didn’t get the room we requested and we were not able to overlook the loud music so please cancel my reservations and I will notify booking.com and left.

There were dead bugs on the walls. The carpets had poop stains all over the floors. The hotel room smelled awful. Checked in and checked right out after I saw how the room looked.

Ocean view was very beautiful. Staff was respectful and helpful.

Our bed sheets wasn’t clean when we arrived. Overall everything else was great.
