The location was great, just around the corner from Disneyland and lots of cafes and food outlets to buy food.

The rooms had not very good sound proofing and we had neighbours partying until 3am. Beds were comfortable but pillows need updating as they were so flat!

It was close to the Toy Story Parking lot that has a shuttle.

The room smelled really musty and left a smell on our clothes.

Affordable, within walking distance to park. We have a 2 and 5 year old and it is a little far after a long day at the park but we proved doable with a stroller. Clean place. Kind and understanding staff. I think you get more value than you pay for. Stayed 7 days and the days we needed the room cleaned it was cleaned well. Great parking with security walking around. Large room. Comfortable beds.

No breakfast, although that wasn't part of the stay it would be a convenient bonus. Can ne noisy at night next to Garden walk parking garage with alarms going off, engines, and loud people but afyer a long day at Disney I had no trouble sleeping through it! No elevator for top floor. If you have a stroller request a lower level room- we were glad we did. Shower and toilet in same room and very small.

The room was a bit small for 2 people, the shower was not installed right, no microwave, poor TV, bed was terrible, bad pillows, very small pillows, like couch pillows, room key didn't work had to turn in 2 sets before going to room. $5 for a soda at store, very overpriced. Very few towels. There are no mats in the bathroom. AC unit smelled and didn't work all that great. Looks like they messed with the settings, so you can't blast the AC. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because it was very close to the park at a decent price. It's something I think they take advantage of and put little to no effort in anything else. For me, I may just pay the little extra to get the aboundence if comforts that I did not receive at this establishment. In my opinion, if you just want a bed and 4 walls,this is the place but if you can and I highly recommend you do,save a little extra and the places across the way are 10 times more comfortable 😉

Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly and very helpful! Room was so comfy and clean! Pool felt great along with hot tub! There is a snack/souvenir shop that is not staffed, open until 2 am! You scan and pay for your items on the app or on their scan device. Super easy and convenient! Don't forget to rent a microwave though! Room comes with nice fridge but not a microwave! Those are $5 extra, not a bad price at all. Hotel is next to an open mall that has great coffee and restaurants! Lyft rides to/ from Disney $6. It's easy to walk to Disney, ask for directions from hotel staff as everytime our Google maps sent us on a wild goose chase. Definitely will stay at this hotel again! Everyone from check in staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and security was very pleasant and very helpful!!

Hard working staff. Older property, but well taken care of. Clean and updated rooms. Customer service was outstanding,. Mattress was tolerable. Great amenities. Security roaming parking lot at night.

It was located within a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, which was nice. After 4 days of enjoying the theme parks it seemed like a long walk, but it was a great price

The room smelled when we got there, and we quickly realized the sink was clogged and not draining. The staff showed up early in the morning to address the issue and fixed it which was great, but we felt that should have been addressed before check in.

Not the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, but when considering its excellent location and the pool for the kids, it is a very good budget option for a Disney excursion. It is also very quiet and has heaps of parking. So great to be able to walk to and from Disney in 15 mins. Also a good laundry. And towels were changed daily without asking which was nice.
