It was good except the bacon could of been cooked longer.

I didn’t like housekeeping service. Two nights in a row they didn’t leave clean towels. They never vacuumed the floor the four nights we was there.

I liked the access to major highways and food, not only that, the location didn't feel dangerous as many hotels by major highways often do.

The room could have been a little more clean. It looked like there was a little piece of cheerio by the couch and there was something splattered on the wall by the trash can.

The pool and hot tub are amazing breakfast was also delightful

The room was not cleaned well. There was no bedding for pull out sofa and not enough towels for everyone in room. I had to make 3 trips to the front desk.

Breakfast was ok. The lady that worked in there was very helpful and nice to everyone. The front desk person was also nice when I checked out. We had enough towels just wished we had a blanket for the sofa bed.

The front desk person was kind of rude at checkin. Whenever i tried to speak she would interrupt with, " give me a second please" like she couldnt listen and look for a reservation at the sametime. The pool wasn't clean. Some guest were in it but at check in the front desk person basically told me swim at your own risk. She explained that it hadn't been clean but wasn't closed, so we didn't use it.

the property was supposed to be smoke free. well it wasn’t. The hallways not only smelt of cigarette smoke but of other things being smoked in there. the rooms didn’t smell much better.

First words out of Clarence’s mouth when I tried to check in at one in the afternoon was check-in is at three When I responded that OK I will come back at three he said well. Let me look. And the next morning, when I stopped at the front desk to check out, Clarence had his earbuds in, and was so enthralled with what he was watching, he did not even acknowledge my existence

Cleanliness! Doesn’t seem like they own a vacuum. Hallways and room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Front desk staff seemed annoyed when you asked them anything like you were interrupting them!

The hotel was easy to get to. The parking was good. Location of the hotel was close to our event and to food. Morning front desk worker was nice. Water was nice and hot. The extra towels and wash cloths were in the room as requested.

Well upon my arrival, I wasn't greeted in a happy greeting, Stacy just asked for my ID. Then she placed the signature paper on the counter and went over that quickly. The issue didn't start until I wanted to change my payment method...Stacy's demeanor was like I irritated her...I asked her to hold a sec while I transferred funds to the card I wanted to use...instead Stacy swiped the card resulting in it declining(of course it declined you didn't allow me to transfer)...Stacy states "it declined, would you like to use another card"? No, I want to use that card...she then claims it declined again. So I go get a different card. I was asked by Stacy if it was the same card or different...obviously it was different...any how she then says to my face "hopefully this one doesn't decline". That was rude. Her overall demeanor was if I was bothering her or something. After my front desk experience one would have hoped things would get better...nope. upon arriving on the 4th floor a guest was singing very loudly. Our room was pleasant...however the beds were hard and the bedding for the pull out was not in the room as requested...
