Front desk professional and courteous.

The room had no style. Very bland. Was there for 4 days would have liked the room to have been more warm more pleasant more pleasing to the eye.

I like the location very near to attractions, museums and to Frisco town, the price is accessible and includes breakfast, my children love it. The beds are very soft and comfy, 100% recommended. We stayed for three nights. Perfect to relax. It was a little warm so we couldn't go to the pool but maybe on our next trip we will.

It was clean and we had maid service daily which we didn’t expect .

There was nothing we didn’t like. The guest washing machines on our floor didn’t work and the dryer was broken which was a little inconvenient

The breakfast was great. The location is good and I like the fact that it is off from any main roads.

The night clerk was very nice. The morning clerk was average.

Everything! Great staff, location, clean rooms and pool was all great.
