We normally come to Colorado almost every year. This WAS my favorite hotel. Good rates and decent location.

I had made reservations months in advanced. No one reached out and told me there would be construction going on at the hotel during my stay. No one told me that the hotel was now non-smoking completely, the whole reason I originally picked this hotel. I even paid for a smoking room. We were there a week, and not once did a housekeeper knock on our door or clean our room.

The price was attractive.

The room was filthy, the floor hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long, the room was roach infested to the point that my fiancee had to leave the room. I would appreciate it if you could comp me a room for at least one night at a different location of course.

The bed was comfortable and they had muffins and juice/coffee in the morning

Was very dirty and did NOT feel like a safe area at all. We also booked a smoking room but were given a non-smoking room instead

It was quite and had a bathtub and checkout was at noon.

The remodel crew working on the room next to us at night. The toilet stopped up. Sheets on bed had not been changed out.

Was traveling across country for an unexpected work trip. Im from Oregon. I've never been to Denver. Booked online. The place was so ghetto with prostitution & drug use all ver outside of the facilities. I did not stay here. Requested a refund & never heard back 😞

That because they did not accept my pre paid card they took cash. The employee greeted me with a warm smile and super understanding.

nothing was great about the hotel, they are not reinvesting into the property at all.

It was scary, people out side and around the cars, I get inside the carpet is a filth, the massive odor was unbearable, no light in the bathroom.
