The room was clean, neat and very nice.

I reserved a handicapped room. I stated specifically during the reservation process I needed a ground floor. My wife has severe osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis of which she has been receiving medical treatment for over 33 years. On extremely good days, she walks short distances without a cane. She had to climb stairs to get to the second floor. This is unacceptable! I also suffer with severe arthritis in me back and am being treated in anticipation of hip replacement surgery. Upon check-in, I was informed no ground-floor rooms nor handicapped rooms were available. I could have the Saturday night room fee refunded if we did not wish to stay. The Friday night room was nonrefundable due to the reservation even though my request for handicap or ground-floor room was not provided .I had made. I provided appropriate information regarding the need for a ground-floor room. Also, I couldn't get a final room receipt as there was no staff available. This is unacceptable.

The floors were really sticky. Maybe mop better or more often

Cockroaches answered the door. It smelled horrible people were yelling it was flat out gross. I lasted 45 min before leaving. They still haven’t refunded me

Lady at the reception when we arrive at the hotel was absolutely rude. No housekeeping While checking out no one in office Had to leave the key cards near house phone Stove microwave taps nothing worked

Staff is nice, location great, hotel has a lot of great potential.

Bathroom mirror need an upgrade, hotel needs to be sprayed well for bugs, hotel has roaches. Seen them with my own eyes in our room 361. Needs someone to clean the outside grounds.
