Definitivamente la ubicación es ideal. Variedad de restorant en su entorno.

Falta de limpieza. Un insecto me pico y la ducha no estaba del todo limpia. Contraje una infección en el pie que me tiene con tratamiento dermatológico. Llegue tres horas antes del checkin y me hicieron pagar 30 dólares extras. Solo quería guardar las maletas y cuando pregunte si podian almacenarlas hasta la hora que correspondía no me dieron buena cara. Así que pague para evitar malos momentos.

I enjoyed the secluded area yet close to restaurants and shopping centers area it's located in. The manager , she is very sweet, humble, and truly cares about her customers. The rooms are some of the best I seen in Austin, you can tell they care about cleanliness which is a big plus. All staff is wonderful. Laundry room is a big plus, again also clean.I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The rooms were very nice. They are updated and remodeled. You guys need new photos.

There was 2 medium roaches and small ones crawling on the wall

I didn't really care for the ghetto scene that was going on out front. Some girl that was I guess high on drugs was running around screaming and then she went to the lobby and pulled the manual pull station on the fire alarm so we got to hear the fire alarm blaring and screaming for 30 minutes before I went to the office and offered my services to reset the panel

THE initial staff that checked in was very friendly and respectful.

The stove top is too small and a little faulty.
