internet was incredibly slow. so slow I had to go to the business center to do my work. Even that was slow, tho.

I like there was a hot breakfast. Jack is very friendly. The woman who prepares breakfast and checks on everything was very friendly too.

I didn’t like the neighborhood. There’s so many police cars parked here for some reason. The area seemed a bit rough when you venture a few miles out. I didn’t like that there was no change in the breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was the same exact thing every morning.

The room was very clean, stuff very friendly and it was great that there was space in the lobby to socialize in the evening with some food and drinks that we didn’t even expect. It was really fun!

Poor vegan options at breakfast and dinner. My side of the mattress had a dip that made it slightly uncomfortable.

Spacious & clean room, comfortable, nice breakfast variety. I LOVE the evening kickback w happy hour food & drinks!!! Felt like a family atmosphere for adults.

It was clean big studio room liked you could have privacy and Go to the living room if you wanted. Beds were comfortable only thing I wish I brought my pillow because I I like flat pillows their pillows are pretty full but soft. Friendly staff it was quiet when we stayed there close to Moody Center where we went to a concert. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff did not honor my authorization form due to wrong color ink ...and my family member was turned away even with me making every effort from a different city unable to join her until the next day...I had to book another hotel the staff as rude and unhelpful with the lady manager an especially hasty judgment and poor sense of what is a managers duty and customer service was at zero on the o being the worst and 10 being the best....do not go here unless you clear everything in meticulous detail and give it 48 hours in advance as I was told for this as well to assure the management can have assurance of your not being a fraud ...as if...I've never been so humiliated or embarrassed for my family member that was turned away and rudely at that from the front desk ...I will never book with this company nor will my business or friends nor businesses associates stay here as well due to the ignorance and ill treatment of this one 3 day reservation that was not done ...thank you very much for the worst hotel experience in 23years of booking and traveling the world...I am appalled
