Nothing was to like about this sleeping establishment. The front desk woman kept calling someone on the phone to communicate with me about my rooms. Which I thought was odd, but I continue to comply. They charged me for a $50 deposit which the front desk woman had said my rooms were ready. Which they were not. She told me this after I paid for the deposit which I would never do until I am accommodated for my reservations. I have nothing to like about this sleeping establishment.
Everything needs to be readjusted and new management is needed. If the person in the front desk does not have technical skills in entering my information and is required to call someone to speak in another language and have the daughter translate over the phone is very unprofessional. The daughter Bridget, comes out after I requested my refund in her sleeping attire presenting we are in the wrong. Not true. My uncles and my dad who I drove down 12 hours from Minnesota to Oklahoma for a funeral for the weekend. The disrespect from the two woman may have cause health issues to my elderlies for the way everyone was treated. If you do not respond to my request for refund with 24 hours. You will receive a phone call regarding about the damaging incident.

the staff is amazing I had issues with my booking agency and the manager was so calm and sweet ... much sweeter than I could have remained!!! I orginally planned to just be here 3 days and go to another location because I'm not a fan of the area but this facility along with the staff has gotten me to stay here about 3 weeks

had such a horrible experience checking in & then I was given keys to a room that was occupied after having the keys made a second time. almost had an anxiety attack trying to resolve an issue between the hotel and booking.com payment system. i was treated like a thief & hotel employee initially was extremely rude in front of other people waiting in the lobby. i felt ashamed & near tears before she realized I was not lying about my room being paid for already on the app.

The lady working the front desk was nice and apologetic when confronted by advertised discrepancies.
no kitchenware available including no coffee pot. Also, no hair dryer or hangers available. Had to ask for linens for fold out couch. She had a hunt them down and was very disgruntled

This place was AWFUL. Staff was EXTREMELY rude. She argued with me and spoke terribly to me. Then the room was dirty, from the carpet to the linen to the bathroom!!! Stains on carpet, bedding and awful odor in room. To top it off, dead and live ROACHES all over the room and in bathroom. The kitchen area was so disgusting. They eyes on the stove were eroded. We left after 5 mins!!!! I felt like something was crawling on me for days! we had to pay for another room!!!! worst experience EVER! I forgot to mention how when we 1st pulled up, there were people sitting on door step of hotel who appeared homeless! One lady had an IV sticking out of arm with 2 dogs in her lap, while another person was bringing pots and other items that looked like he got them out of a dumpster! I’m not bougie or anything like that, but this place needs to be shut down! You couldn’t pay me to stay there!!!!

Breakfast was especially terrible, I understand social distance is at hand but the presentation was horrible.

Oh my God, it's the 2nd time this year I had stay at extended stay and both were bad and had to leave before time. To start of place SMELLS BAD. We arI've at 12 midnight and entrance door was locked didnt knew how to open or call, they had wall phone box but no sign asking to call front desk ( later found out they had sign but inside lobby (Ginius)). Room had kitchen with microwave which doesn't have working display. For sofa bed no bed sheet or pillow, mattress had BIG black stains of God knows what. Asked front desk for pillow blanket (they were low on that so didn't got that). Asked for free wifi they didn't had it for us because of system issues they were able to register me at night so didn't got that night when we came. Carpet was smelling bad.
Concept of studio is good but action plan of not keeping quality I think is bad. My family never going to stay in extended stay ever.

New carpets needed. Definitely!!! 1st floor smells nicer, so it was a bit deceiving as I walked in to my room on the second floor to get welcomed by the smell of urine. So that was great.
Knowingly, check out is at 11. I get a knock twice ay my door at 1030 and was asked if I was checking out already? Haha okaayyyy, as if I had planned to stay there all week. No Karen, I wanted to leave Tulsa as fast as possible TRUST me. But thank you for the pleasant reminder. Glad I had my door locked as I was changing.
Needless to say I had a great time until that. Thanks for the pleasant reminder ladies. And very sweet attitude. The housekeeper was sweet though, truthfully.
