I loved the staff and the atmosphere was great. Loved the breakfast.
I didn't like how everything was moist and I didn't like how the hotel smelled and the pool being gross. BUT the staff was great and tried to make it a great stay.

The facility is not even close to what anyone would have expected. It was absolutely filthy. There was a chemical all over our room that staff could not explain. The room smelled funny and was musky dirty. It smelled like dirty ashtray cigarettes in the hall. We witnessed a worker literally spraying something in the halls around a door whom quickly walked away when she saw us. Breakfast was close to nothing available. No coffee. The pool was mildew green. It was just exceptionally gross there.

the motel looked great from the outside, very new
the room were okay, but the barthrooms were leaks and the staff doesn’t seem like they want to be around, no customer service.
the charged me me more than what it said when booked.
however the lady that checked us in at 3am, was great to talk to.

didn’t receive any bathroom accessories (towels , napkins, toilet paper ) need to go and ask for them seperately and bring it ourselves to our room. They didn’t even give us toilet paper in our entire stay. We booked 2 Queen beds but they are more like twin XL max. Comforter feels like plastic, didn’t feel comfortable at all to sleep.

The place is a dump.
Ice machines don't work. Cable TV didn't work. Front desk staff unfriendly, not knowledgeable totally rude and uncaring.

We were here on a business trip to the Plantation. The location and ease of late night check in was fantastic.
We only stayed overnight.

I made reservations for a King, I arrived a little early they told me I couldn't check in till 3, but told me they would give me the room number. They gave me the room number 127 first floor. So Ieft and came back a little after 3, they told me they had no more king beds they had a double room 251, said they had to give 127 to someone else who wanted a King. I was furious

The hotel lacked towels. A young man at the front desk informed me that they were short on towels and didn’t have enough to replace my dirty one. He recommended I pay to wash it using their washer/dryer.

Room conditions were questionable, carpet stained, walls cracked, sink falling off the wall and there was no hot water.

The location was great to where I needed to be, with easy access to the highway, and the area was quiet and I felt safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.
The power outlet in the bathroom did not work and almost all other outlets in the room did not work, except for one (the farthest wall away from the bed/desk) and I had to unplug the main room lamp in order to use it.

Location was good. Near interstate but rooms were quiet.
Our room door would not shut and lock. Bathroom had old, rusty fixtures. Very low water pressure in the shower.
