That our rooms were right beside each other.

The rooms smelled musty and you could hear the upstairs bathroom being used. The beds are tiny and very uncomfortable. The hotel is split on both sides of the street which isn’t helpful when traveling with a family because you can just drive across the road you have to go down the road and do a u-turn. We though our rooms were ocean side but ended up being in the other side of the road so not as advertised on their site!! We also had ants coming in the air conditioner.

The wind was really bad heard it whistling thru crackS of door all night wad supposed to stay here in August we canceled our reservation I'm so glad we came here earlier to see what this place was like we was o. Tower building NEVER AGAIN

Close to the beach

Had a strong nasty stench, needed to be deep cleaned and aired out. Had flying bug that bite! & to top it off bed beds and blood stains in sheets! Gross. We had to leave at 2am...and nowhere to go.

Place is always the best, very clean, and convenient to everything. Will definitely be back again !!

Room was ok, but hard to watch TV. Bathroom was way too small. No coffee pot in room. Air conditioner in a bad spot. Not sure about the sheets. No hangers and no extra pillows. I could've brought some of this if I knew.

I love staying here!! The location is wonderful, the room is comfortable and the office staff is friendly.

A good amount of mouse droppings under the pillows on the beds, blankets smell like body odor, black mold on the shower curtains, A tons of dust on the walls and ceiling around the AC unit, The edges and corners of the carpet looks like have not been vacuumed in a while . When I went down at the end of the night to talk to the front counter about the mouse feces there was a note on the door stating that the front counter was closed be back the next morning 8:00 a.m. so we left

Everything... ocean front. I guess if you have 3 different hotels in a cluster, you can call all of them ocean front. I'm not sure.. Everything about this place was disgusting and uninviting, including the lady who checked us in. This place was a huge disappointment 😞 No balcony, not even windows with screens.. Film on the windows so you couldn't see out them. But we couldn't open them since there were no screens in them. The hallway walking to the room was disgusting. No elevator, which meant no luggage carts.. The room smelled like mildew. The beds were horrible, not comfortable at all & smelled dirty as well.

The location is phenomenal!!! The Sahara Cafe had delicious and affordable meals, and the staff there was very friendly, efficient, and cheerful. I hope to return to the Sahara for a vacation 😊

The room was very dirty,won't stay there again.i had to go get cleaning supplies and clean it myself. I told 1st person at the front desk they told me he would send someone that someone never came. And nothing was followed up on. So after 5pm I went back to the front desk and told that person. He said he would get the bellman.for the money they charge for weekends the place should be spotless but nope.dirty toilet,with hair floors filthy refrigerator dirty inside. Never again

Pool water wasn't very clean. The bed mattresses are full size and not firm at all. The pillows are flat, so bring your own.

Second time being there. I will not come back. Sheets were not clean. One pillow smelled really bad. I doubt the sheets were changed.

I stayed in the Tower Building in May and this time stayed in an oceanfront room. I do overall love the hotel and will be returning to it again at least twice next year. I had a third floor room which may not be ideal for some as there was no elevator, but it has a wonderful view and the room was comfortable. The balcony was a nice place to sit with my coffee in the morning and in the nighttime watching the waves.

I did not like that my key reset the day before my checkout and I had to go get it reactivated. Also, although I requested replenishing of items with a door hanger, it appeared my floor hadn’t been serviced. The room next to me had left their used towels outside and they were there all day and other rooms still had their replenishing hangers on their doors as well.
