A ducha do banheiro era muito ruim. Só saíam algumas gotas centralizadas do chuveiro. Deixou a desejar. Também achei que o estacionamento poderia ser mais barato

I travelled with two children ages 10 and 12 and this King suit was perfect for us. The fold out bed, the extra space and 2 TV's made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and it exceeded my expectations, it had everything we needed.

The shower head needs attention it was leaking/spraying out into the bathroom floor. We tried to ensure we put the shower curtain against the shower head wall to prevent the water spraying onto the bathroom floor.

It was nice and clean & the staff were very friendly! I liked that there was a mini market down in the lobby for snacks and some necessities like toothpaste and toothbrushes you could purchase in case you forgot to pack some.

離迪士尼走路約10-15分鐘，有提供停車場每日35美元。房間寬敞舒適且明亮。 周圍餐廳不少，有蠻多的選擇，離大型租車公司走路也都可以抵達。 廁所整潔且明亮，未來會考慮再次入住。

The location is good and the room is big and clean, price is good, they don’t put water and coffee in the room

Good location- very close to Disneyland. The room was very spacious and clean. The food at the bar was good.

Everything… the location.. perfect for Disneyland.. not even 10 min walk. The staff are just beautiful.. especially Elle at the front desk, nothing was ever a problem for her

I travelled with my daughter and the King room was more than big enough. The room was clean. Check in was smooth.

We did struggle a little with the smell of cigarette in our room. The Uncomfortable Bed gave us sore backs and headaches the next day. The facilities (spa) was out for repair - this should have been on the reservation as it was 1 reason why we booked. No breakfast included and what was available seemed expensive.

It was clean, the location was perfect. Always a pleasure.

When we went I to the hot tub, the water was cloudy, and smelled of mildew.

That we had a$150 deposit never had that before while booking on booking dot com anywhere n yes I know I’ll get that back in a couple days but wasn’t expecting that at time of checking in

The location is perfect for a Disney vacation. The pool is great, we grabbed breakfast in the hotel before the park and it was super convenient.

No air in the room (can't open the windows) Sliding door in the bathroom - not very comfy with little kids...

Great place, super clean, big swimming pool my kids love it you can watch fireworks at this hotel.

Nothing to complain about. Very limited breakfast options. $36 per night for parking felt a bit steep.

Daytime reception staff were awesome. Room was big and comfortable. On the bus 7 route to Disneyland

The property and room were really nice.

The room we were given was next to the freeway, we were unable to sleep. This should be mentioned during booking the hotel backs onto the freeway and certain rooms would be noisy. Had we got a room at the other end of the hotel it would have been fine. I did email the manager and he has offered some compensation however we would rather of had room that we could of slept in.

Stayed here for a 4 night disney trip and loved this place. Our room was HUGE with a big bed and a little living room area. The walk was maybe 10 mins (we’re fast walkers) or 15 at a push, really really easy but understandably there are closer hotels if you have little kids or less able to do this walk. Really comfy stay, all the amenities we needed, and the restaurant staff were great fun.

The room hairdryer stopped working temporarily (very old and smelled of burning) but the concierge replaced it quickly.

The staff at the hotel were very unwelcoming, every time I asked a question they were impatient and weren't nice and made me feel bad for talking to them. On top of that the billing was different than what I ordered on booking.com and waited for 1 hour for it to be fixed. I don't know what is the deal but this really makes a visit a terrible one, wouldn't recommend it.

Great location for Disney parks and Garden Walk. The room was huge - almost like a suite. The pool area is a little small but really nice. Didn't use the fitness centre but looked big and well equipped for a hotel of it's size. Really quiet given its next to the interstate and no noise from other rooms even with families with young kids staying in the next rooms. Weird thing to write but it smelt amazing throughout too! You should sell candles of whatever you're using - you'd make a killing! Would definitely stay again!

Bar shuts between 10am and 4pm. I understand that most people are out at Disney but I couldn't get even a coffee on site (I asked at 10:15am). Also, my wife and I wanted to use the pool during this period but couldn't get anything from the bar so had to make a trip to Walgreens to get drinks / supplies. Given the amount of staff on the desk in this quiet period, it doesn't feel like it would be a burden to serve during this time. There's a lack of food options on site too. This was the biggest issue we encountered so not a huge deal in reality (first world problems and all that...) The shop is handy but could do with some more practical items like phone charging cables, batteries and a wider range of food items. Again had to go off site to get these items. Would be ideal if pool was heated as it could be used across the entirety of the opening times, which are really good (10pm / 11pm close is substantially better than MGM we stayed at in Vegas).

Super comfortable beds, great swimming pool and games for kids and families.

I would suggest to add more options of food for the bar/restaurant menu.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Great location to parks. Just a 15 minute walk to main entrance.
