- tatami style Japanese room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. there is a separate tatami area, large jacuzzi bath, and heated WC - breakfast buffet was for us, delicious. For 2 days the variety changed quite abit. Mainly Taiwanese food which we loved - bicycle use for free at B2. we particularly loved riding after breakfast. the bicycle path is literally just at the doorstep of where you get the bikes. the trail turning right outside takes you to a nice scenic path. - car park is right opposite the hotel lobby. - Hotel is a short drive off the Shuishe area. initially thought we should have stayed at Ita Thao but in the end quite enjoyed the quiet side of Shuishe, and with a car it’s easy to travel around.

- hotel is abit tired and dated, but it’s still a very comfortable stay. Was a little worried when we arrived at the sleepy dim lobby. but the room was v comfortable and a pleasant stay.

Staff were friendly and warm.

There is a smell of sewers in the corner where our room was located.

Great location. Friendly staff and a shuttle bus to transport hub helps if you have heavy luggage. Free bicycle for use. Beautiful view right at (back) door steps.Excellent breakfast....the best I have had. Breakfast selection not great if you only eat western style food. Menu changed daily keeping it interesting.

The bicycles in need of maintenance

Usually I never write reviews. But we enjoyed so much with our trip, so I must complement the property! Very nice and cozy rooms. Great staff, very helpful and very kind. Family room is just amazing!

Renew your bicycles. They are too old.

very good location beside the most beautiful part of the lake. free bicycles to borrow with a long beautiful path along the lakeside. Staffs were very helpful and professional.

The hotel dinner and breakfast was so so, not so tasty. the hotel is not brand new, has a bit of old touch to it, but overall was a great experience staying

The room is spacious.

The facilities seem to be oldish. The AC was not strong enough to make the whole room cold. Fighting for the parking space doesn’t make the stay pleasant.

The location is excellent, the famous attractions are all within walking distance, the hotel provides free bicycles for easy use; the breakfast is also quite rich. Remember to arrive early to get a parking spot.

Inadequate parking spaces. Had to rely on shuttle to parking ~ 1 km away. So-so breakfast.

the location was great. overall nice property but get your food somewhere if you check in late. staff was great. food was decent

the parking is offsite and you get shuttles but it wasn’t too bad. the layout of the suite we got was a little awkward and tight but doable. not enough lights in the units also…. always dark . they can upgrade their fleet of bikes also

I love the location, it’s not too crowded or noisy in the night, but they should step up their equipment level. all light switch is controlled via electronic panel, however I cannot turn on the balcony’s light, which is a little upset for me.
