I like the service from the staff.

I reserved for three people and there were only two towels every time. We tried to used the restaurant with a handicap person and since the restaurant had an event, they didn’t let us use the main handicap entrance.

Good location and helpful staff

Very small and dark bedrooms. Windows gave to some corridors. And no sound isolation at all. We were wake up at 6 am by some children screaming on the corridors...

Ideal location, great staff who returned my daughter's phone after leaving it in the main entrance.

Could be a little loud but didn't stop us from having good sleep.

La arquitectura

The size of the rooms was ok. There is a fair-priced laundry service which we used. The breakfast is good.

The first room we were given was at the corner of the stairway and lift so that we were hearing the steps and voices of people all night long. After we changed rooms, the situation was slightly better, but the for the price one could expect higher comfort, especially modern showers. When showering, the bathroom is flooded with water and it really is old (1980's style). We were asked constantly by the staff at the reception to pay our stay as if we would leave without paying.
